I went into this shop completely ignorant of vapes and mods aside from what they sell at convenience stores and so I needed a lot of help. Right from the start, Patty there was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me in answering all of my questions and making sure I got a setup that was appropriate for my needs and current situation. I researched the website and was sold on the fact that they are so customer focused and when I went there that was certainly the case. Patty wasn't just trying to make a sale - she was effectively educating me in the product and world of vaping. I am so happy that I went and very satisfied with my purchase and I couldn't have navigated it as easily without Patty's breadth of knowledge and assistance. 5 stars all around and will definitely be returning for future purchases!

I love this place, first off the guys that work here are super friendly. The prices for a vape SHOP are great, almost anything you get here that they provide is cheaper then other vape shops. They also have a wide variety of grade A vape juices that you can try first as long as you pay a 1 time fee of a dollar and have your i.d. If you come later with you I.d you can try for free. They also offer free complimentary coffee when you come in that you can make yourself. Finally they offer the Valerian tank and coils, and after you try the ease of vaping with a valerian, you will feel you are struggling to pull on vape off of any other tank, including the cloud beast king, and Prince and many more, all of which I own. Does not stand behind products at all. The most recent coil purchases from this location have all been defective. I told the guy behind the counter that they either leak or burn up in less than a day. In over 9 years of vaping this has only happened once when I ordered from some shady ebay seller that sold knock offs. The employee blew it off and said if it happens again to let them know. Low and behold same thing... burning up and leaking. I've changed nothing. No new eliquids or batteries or improper or lack of cleaning of the tank. I went back and they said they'll make a note of it but no one is going to honor any type of warranty or replacement. They just make a note of the lot number and it goes nowhere. That being said I'll buy my coils elsewhere. If they were selling genuine products someone would have addressed the issue. I don't see them staying in business much longer especially charging as much as they do. Shame because I would have recommended them in the past without hesitation but not anymore.
