Perfect Ten Nails — Attraction in Town of Smithtown

My first and LAST experience here was AWFUL!! I was getting the dip powder manicure, so I picked out my colors and the girl goes and gets them shows them to me and I noticed they looked much pinker than what I had picked out. She assured me that they were not going to look that color after she applied them....well what do you know they looked NOTHING like what I had picked out. I told her that I was not happy with how they looked as that is not what I picked and she went and got the color swatch as if I was lying and I said you see it's a completely different color. So then she said I'm gonna let you pick another color...umm..excuse me?? You're gonna let me?!?! Last I checked I am paying you for a service so I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't you want to please your customers to have them coming back? Well I guess this isn't the case here she kept huffing and puffing I had also asked for a tip on my pinky nail because it was much shorter than the rest of my other nails she disregarded that and said when she applies the powder it would look longer...again that was not what happened so when I had asked again if I could please have a tip on that nail she got annoyed and stood up and had someone else come over to do my nails. At this point I was ready to walk out which I should have because I am very unhappy with the results of how my nails came out. I walked into this place and asked how long the wait was. They told me "There is no wait, we can take you now" I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes. People came in after me and they were catered to immediately. I know these people may have had appointments, but they should have taken the appointments into consideration when they told me there was no wait! I got up to leave and they asked where i was going and I said I had to leave because I was waiting too long. They then said "Only 2 more people then you" I was like- "You told me there was no wait!" I’ve been coming to Perfect Ten Nails for years. The service has always been amazing and my nails always come out incredible! I have UV gel nails and love coming for a fill in to get a new color or design every 2-3 weeks! The pedicures are also the most relaxing part of my month! If you’re looking to get your nails done somewhere on the area I definitely recommend Perfect Ten nails. 10/10 for cleanliness and 10/10 for service!
