I’m leaving this one star review to bring serious attention to the ongoing issues at this Bank of America branch. I’ve witnessed the branch manager Melissa, regularly harass and belittle the associates, meaning Tim,Nigora, and Zachary. All whom are kind,knowledgeable, and professional every time I visit.
One instance that deeply disturbed me was seeing a client falsely accuse Nigora of stealing and verbally berated her. Melissa the manager, stood by and did nothing to protect or support her team. In addition, I’ve overhead Melissa pressuring staff for more sales, which goes against what Bank of America promised after the Wells Fargo scandal, that sales pressure would be removed from relationship banker roles.
Even worse, I’ve seen Melissa force her employees to submit TRMS reports simply because she didn’t like certain clients. A TRMS is a a report used to flag potentially suspicious account activity, abusing this system to target clients out of personal bias is completely unethical.
I visit this branch often on behalf of a family I work for with significant private banking assets at Bank of America, and if Melissa continues to be in a position of leadership, I will recommend they move their business and personal accounts to a financial institution where employees are treated with respect and integrity

Read moreSince Covid-19, Bank of America is not doing a good service to their customers. All drive-thru's are closed with in my town. The closet BOA would be a 40 min. drive, one way. They do not consider the elderly, who may not use electronic services or trust the deposit box to make a deposit. My husband and I both feel this way, too. Also, speaking for my mother, who never used or opened an ATM card, how would these elderly people make withdrawals for their money. When I spoke to a customer service, she had an answer for everything. Write a check was one! OK write a check to pay bills, yes, but alot of stores will not except checks! So, how do they get money, drive 40 min or so? I told her they should open at least one branch in every town with a drive-thru, Chase does! However, in the past, when I did need their help, my branch I go to, they were phenomenal. Just poor customer service during this pandemic! Please keep in mind, I have nothing against the BOA I use, they are just following what the higher up are saying to do.
