Where to start!
As a Christmas gift I purchased a $200 gift card from this location for my wife. Well, she finally tried to use it today and the girl behind the counter legit had to scratch the card to reveal the gift card number and after she did this she used the card and told my wife she was confused because its new and yet it did not have any money on it.
So my wife paid by other means and then called the customer service line, who told her they see the card was used 5 times on the same day 12/25/24 online and the items were shipped, so we asked for confirmation of where they were shipped because we never used the card at all, it still had the card number hidden under their own protection sleeve....
They proceeded to tell my wife she could not get that info due to their policy and that gift cards are like cash so they can not help us even if there was fraud.
She told us to call the bank and we told her "its your gift card, you are the bank"!!!!
They took $200 from us and offered no help at all for their lack of cyber security.
We will never shop here or at any other...
Read moreI’ve been to so many Sephoras and this one is the worst offender when it comes to harassing customers. I’m so tired of being followed around this store. I have a rouge membership—so I do spend money at Sephora. But I don’t like help, I want to walk around and take my time. You enter this store and have to tell every single employee multiple times “no I’m alright thanks”, “yes, I’m still doing ok”. Then take a glance across the room to see multiple employees just staring at you or straight up following you. I get that it’s a loss prevention tactic and a way to get you to buy without thinking but it’s so annoying. are you really getting paid enough to care that much? Doubt it. If it wasn’t for the testers, i would never walk into a (especially this) Sephora store again. This location also does not carry the high end brands like Roosevelt Field has. Read moreNot educated on the return process. Always have an isssue with this location. I had my husband return my 2 blushes. He was told they were out of the return window but it wasn’t. With that being said I was able to return at a different location no problem. You would think the employee was giving the money out of her pocket. SMH Also, very unorganized and dirty the location. Yuck only go there to make a return. I made a complaint to “One of the managers” very fake response and she didn’t say at all how she would rectify the situation(i.e have a talk with her that she can’t be misinforming people., Better training practices.)
