Plato's Closet — Attraction in Town of West Seneca

This place is the worst. Went there to take 5 bags of men's clothes and baseball hats that they were so happy that we had because they need them. Told us about 2 hours because they were busy. The problem when we went back in 2 hours they claimed our clothes stink and we need to wash them in front of a store full of people. We had the bags tied a certain way so we would know if they went threw them and they didn't because remember they were busy. They are the rudiest and nastiest people I've ever encountered in a business. I didn't want to believe people about this being true how they treat you there but they treat you like they're better. I will never give them my business again and will pass it onto everyone who speaks there name. The smell they are speaking of is the store stench. Even asked customers outside to smell them and was told they smell like tide...

you must watch them, when they think your not looking they don't even look at your clothes and than say ...they are out of style or to old. she picked them up and when I wasn't looking threw them back in basket...just threw them not put away nicely like I had them..... they never checked them in computer like they claimed. they were bought this year and had tags on? so ok they didn't like my clothes...... but they did it to others who were just as shocked, you need to stand their and watch them like a hawk. a bunch of idiots, they didn't even take the brand name clothes. great scam to get people in to store. the clothes hanging were crappier than the ones I brought ...........it smelled and was over crowded in store..will never go there, wouldn't...

I brought three full baskets of clothes, most with tags still on them, and never worn, & bought within the last one to two years. I was told it would be a few hours until they could sort/go through my items. An hour goes by and the “sort” starts (thanks to the handy site that updates you) & within 10 minutes the “sort” is done and I can come back. They took absolutely nothing and told me that everything was too old to take. It doesn’t even look like they were gone through as everything was exactly as I had left it aside from the top items of clothing were turned over. Do not waste your time coming here, instead just donate to the Goodwill in the same parking lot, it will save you time & it feels a lot better knowing the clothes are going to...
