SKECHERS Factory Outlet — Attraction in Town of Woodbury

This store has the worst customer care with no accountability! First just getting help finding shoes with my size, takes forever as barely anyone around to assist. Then in such a rainy day as today, I left my umbrella in an aisle and when I went back it’s gone. I ask a sales clerk who then says it’s place at customer service as she saw it. When I went there, no where was umbrella seen, the 2 young gentlemen at cashier had smirks and hidden secret smiles at each other, giving me impression they gave my umbrella away to some customer who randomly took it. Then sales lady and all denies ever seeing after she took me to cashier to retrieve it! Poor management hiring inexperience, dishonest workers. Makes me wonder if there are cameras in the store to prove they didn’t do anything to it even though it’s just an umbrella. Had plans to purchase few shoes, left instead. Not worth...

This review is not for the product/s. This review is for the lady working there.(She said her name is Diane). One time I went there and I got a pair of leggings. I was in a rush and I didn't try them on. When I got home I realized I had gotten a different model(loose) from the ones I normally wear(tight). I went there again to ask for an exchange and me and my husband were treated very unprofessionally and in a very dismissive manner. Another costumer in front of us had the same experience before she got to us. And I am seeing here that I am not the only one with the same issue. I hope sketchers provides a training for such employees who treat their costumers disrespectfully. Not useful for any...

The store is very clean and not crowded. Unfortunately the lady staff who was checking the stocks on the shelf is very rude! She had a cart on the aisle and then she let me know if I want to go through let her know but she didn’t look at me while she’s talking! I thought that she was talking with the shoes?? She also asked me to follow the arrow even though I stopped by at the end of the row to sit and try it on the mirror and then I just wanted to walk back to find another one.
