(Personal stuff stolen/misplaced at store)
Here are few things i want you to have a look at - I was in store and have my Red Abercrombie all-weather jacket in front of me till 8:20pm (10/19/2018) and its not there at 8:25pm. There were very few people in store that time as i was among last few people to bill. There were two person who were arranging stuff in men's section, and i don't think stealing from store within 5mins + two person there arranging stuff theory as store is telling it got stolen. When i called first day store said sorry there were no security system/camera. When i call next day manager told me that they have security system and nothing is in there. Why change in statements. If there is stealing happen at your shop, is it ok for you being such a big brand telling me that you are not liable. I will never ask/sent such complaints if i lost my jacket outside your store or forgot one day and came other day. It just vanished in 5mins and it doesn't make you any difference but this is something serious. I was having huge trust on North-face and always considered it for my winter clothings on top priority but this experience has shaken my trust. I live in Edison NJ area and use to visit Woodbury common NY [~70miles] for shopping with my family and friends and Northface store was one of the reason for our visits always. I did shopping for around ~220USD from Northface this visit and both me and my wife liked those Northface jackets we bought that day but after this experience i will make sure i return my jackets as soon as possible.

Service (4/5): I was able to accomplish what I needed to in the store. I had a return to make from the online store. I went in and even though the person at the check-out stand didn’t know how to manage the return, he called someone over and as the manager(?) was working I through, the original check-out person was asking questions and truly trying to learn how to handle a return from an online purchase. When people are trying to learn I’m a fan.
Selection (4/5): A lot to choose from and much better pricing in store than online. I found the jacket I returned in a smaller size and half off!

Read moreI was on line to check out behind an Asian couple and noticed first that Dawnna the associate behind the counter was looking me up and down. When the Asian couple approached her to check out she provided them with great customer service but as soon as I approached her the whole tone changed.
