after recieving this email: Dear Customer,
We are writing to provide a detailed update regarding the recent issue involving your PSA submission.
On September 3rd, 2025, your order was fully logged with PSA and prepared for shipment. As part of our standard procedure, it was labeled for FedEx Overnight delivery. Later that same day, a USPS mail carrier arrived to collect USPS packages. Unfortunately, the carrier mistakenly took the FedEx Overnight package intended for PSA. Our surveillance confirms that the package was taken and that it was not scanned at pickup, which prevented the error from being identified immediately.
A few days later, after reviewing the tracking information and seeing no movement, we contacted USPS. We were informed that the package had been routed to distribution centers in either Philadelphia or New Jersey. We were advised to wait while USPS attempted to redirect the package to FedEx or return it to our facility.
Over the following three weeks, we actively pursued every available avenue to locate the package. This included working with local law enforcement, USPS postal inspectors, and multiple USPS support channels. We completed all required documentation on the USPS website at the direction of state police and USPS representatives. A state trooper, Officer Chelak, personally contacted the Collegeville USPS Postmaster on our behalf. She confirmed she would reach out directly to the distribution centers to expedite the search.
At this time, the matter remains an active investigation with USPS and law enforcement. We are continuing to follow up daily and expect more definitive information soon.
We sincerely apologize for the stress and inconvenience this situation has caused. Please know that we are treating this with the highest priority and will provide updates immediately as new information becomes available. If you have any questions in the meantime, we are here to assist.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Nashcards
i called the and spoke with the manager and asked about what would happen and he said i would be paid for the card a a raw price. in my case i submitted a ken griffey jr. rated rookie card which i may never see again and only sells for about $3 raw but sold as much as $899.95 on september 17th as a psa10. i submitted it because my evaluation i thought it was mint 10 and so did the staff at the store. Not only does that make me more hopeless in life if i dont have enough badluck already, but it really went to show that This guy is careless because he didnt let me say a word as he just insisted on talking over me not understanding...

Noticed as he checked card prices while I turned my head he skipped over 15 cards thinking I didn’t see…The owner seems like a gentleman love his comeback story , but I’m not sure he knows what’s going on when he isn’t there…. Beware stocky kid always in a ball cap in photo below… and he didn’t graze through the cards he actually laid the 15 cards down and didn’t even look at them. RESPONDING TO MESSAGE BELLOW -People have every right to know God bless all of you and keep your eye on your cards is very easy to get ripped off especially kids know your prices. I was fooled and duked out of a lot of $ worth of cards on multiple occasions, and your surveillance is wrong I love this hobby and I wouldn’t make anything up. It’s my fault for not saying anything……. And I’ve been there multiple times mostly to buy after the fact there’s nowhere else really to go for cards around here That is as nice as your place that’s why I didn’t say anything. He is not trustworthy but he is a nice guy. Like I said to everyone know your prices don’t expect someone to do it for you like I did.THIS WAS EATING AT ME I HAD TO GET THIS OFF MY CHEST Keep your eye on this kid he purposely skips cards…..
