Benjamin Twiggs — Attraction in Traverse City

GREAT LITTLE SHOP!! I was searching online for a "Michigan-themed" gift basket to send to some friends out of state. I came across the website for Benjamin Twiggs gift shop. I wanted to customize my order, so I clicked the box for Contact Me, and received an email directly from Julie, the owner. She was quick to respond, and very open to any customizing I wanted to do. I happened to be in the Traverse City, Michigan area recently, so I stopped in to select my gift box items in person. I saw the store would be closing in a half an hour, but went inside. The sales person Jeanne was very welcoming and very helpful. This was a great little shop with great customer service! I will definitely order...

My grandparents have tried ordering items for a yearly Christmas gift to some relatives and in the past two years they have screwed up the package and or the timing of said package. One year, order was placed in December and didn't get there until March. This year was far worse and their customer service on when upon asking what had gone wrong my grandma was given a really lame excuse and wasn't given any semblance of actual help.

Later on it was all three areas. The order was wrong, the name was wrong, and the address was wrong. I have never gone there myself and now I would rather go almost anywhere else with gift box stuff and the like. Or heck just...

There's a lot to love about Benjamin Twiggs. The owner, Julie. Gift Boxes - they are an awesome way to show someone you care about them and represent our beautiful Cherry Capital area. They make good prizes for drawings in my business and at trade shows.. The Chips and Salsa gift box -OMG, try not to eat the whole bag of tasty tortilla chips and a jar or two of cherry salsa - I couldn't. The sour cherry sugar candies - highly addictive.
