I was in need of a laptop asap. I woke up to find my old jalopy had finally said good bye. (as a little cosmic humor my phone (2yrs old) and my iPad (also only 2yrs old) had shit the bed about 3 weeks ago so this was the 3rd electronic I had crap out on me.i was over it! To jy surprise k spoke with Cheyenne after filling out a credit application. We talked about what I need in a laptop or PC. In about 10 mins she had an idea I was able to Google it and get the reviews and performance of the laptop and we moved on to the next step. I literally had a new laptop in less than 24 hrs. I'm sure some of this time varies depending on how fast you get your part of the verification info out to them but it can all happen within a few hours. From the phone call to the two men who explained my contract and asked me if I need help with setting things up everyone was very kind. I was helped out I feel like I got a great price and I am satisfied with my new machine. The best part is I don't have to commit. If I chose to I could return the device or if I didn't like it I have tome to speak with them and they can help. Also I quite out the protections you get with your items I was impressed for sure! The account manager Rachel IS the most unprofessional “person” we have ever come into contact with. She is a bully, rude and just plain out disgusted with her treatment. Other rental stores in the area…ALL to be 100% honest have said so many people have stopped doing business with RTO because of her. Other Store Managers said they have heard about harassment and poor behavior & unprofessionalism. She is the ONLY reason we left!! Until I ran into some hard times and new employees lost their minds over a late payment and came and repossessed my stackable Washer and Dryer. Over one payment! That they were overcharging me for by the way. My bill was less when I had 3 items on it. And when I got it down to 1 item my bill was $17 more. The lady said they are allowed to change and adjust prices every 2 weeks to customer accounts. They called me and text me multiple times a day every day I was late. Harassing me! Over ONE payment!
