Susan was the best Jewelry rep I worked with.

My fiancé purchased an engagement ring with a 30 day return policy from another store (which we only purchased on our first day of looking because it was the last day of their sale and it was about a 85% match for what I wanted in an engagement ring). Anyways, after looking for a wedding band, I found the style that was 100% what I wanted in a ring at another jewelry store, BUT that store didn’t offer the forever lifetime protection plan (something we both wanted and the place we purchased my engagement ring had it). I decided to keep my ring because it was close enough and was fully protected. Skip ahead another week, I happened to be a Somerset for something and moseyed on into Tappers to look at wedding bands since I had 10 minutes to kill before I had to leave for a dinner reservation. When I went into Tappers, Susan saw me looking for a wedding band and helped me out. I showed her my ring, but the shape of my ring made it hard to find a companion band. I didn’t find something that would work for my ring, which was becoming a common problem, and decided to look at their engagement rings since I had a little more time. Then BAM, I found the ring style I loved, and Susan told me they offered the type of protection plan I wanted. When I told her how much we spent on my engagement ring, she said she could beat that diamond price. She also told me that wedding bands were 20% off if you purchased one of their engagement rings. My Fiancé and I talked about it and decided to go in to get more info. We ended up returning my other engagement ring then purchased the tappers ring (which was a 95% match of my dream ring - the only thing I didn’t 100% love that the bottom of the ring had a divet, which I wanted smoothed out – but I’ll get there.) After returning my old ring, we went in and get the tappers ring for about the same price as my old ring, but got a bigger diamond with better qualities for LESS. Then my Finance was able to get his fully customized Lashbrook ring for 20% off and my custom matching wedding band for 20% off. My only small hangup was I wanted the bottom of the ring smoothed out, but again, 95% match for what I wanted. The ring was going ta take a few days to get, since the diamond needed to be placed, but that’s normal. Fast forward a few days and Susan calls me and asked if I would be okay waiting a little longer for my ring so they could build it for me from scratch so it would 100% match the custom wedding band they were making. I said sure, but since they were remaking it anyways they smoothed out the bottom of the ring like I originally wanted. Now my engagement ring and wedding band are a 100% match for what I wanted, we paid less, and my Fiancé got the fully customized ring he wanted as well. Susan went out of her way to make sure I got everything I wanted with a great turn around time. She was great at communicating and never pushed us to spend more. Cannot recommend her and Tappers enough. 10/10 would go back...

My husband planned to buy me a diamond ring on my birthday in December as well as I wanted to treat him with something very special on his birthday in November. He's into watches, so I decided to get him a Rolex watch and what better place to find both of these Luxury items than Tapper's.

At Tapper's Jewelers Somerset, We met Basima Rafiq just a few months back. We felt very welcomed, unlike many other Rolex dealers. Even during our first visit at this location, She seemed genuinely interested in showing us jewelry as well as watches and answering all our questions. Basima has great communication skills and we admire her work ethics. She is very polite and a true professional. The customer service is beyond words, feels like we have known her for a long time. She helped me design a custom diamond ring as per my liking. She guided us through each and every step, from picking up a quality diamond to the final delivery of the ring.

P.S.We had a Chance to meet the store directors as well, Paul and Robert. Despite their busy schedules, they were nice enough to stop by and say hello to us. Very likeable personality!

We have never been to a Tapper’s jewelry store before. Our jeweler advisor Kim Harabedian was gracious in her greeting and left us alone as we requested when we entered. Had she not we probably would have left. We hate being hounded by salespeople.

Instead she gave us space to explore and when we had questions she was very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, personable and very respectful.

Kim is an extremely good listener and that is so important to us. Kim made suggestions based on what she heard from us and that makes all the difference.

From women's point of view. I do not want a person hovering. She met us and let us go. I knew what I wanted but if the store did not have it, I was gone.

I found 2 rings, one I thought I would love, the other I researched and was sure would be my ring, but did not look as good in the case. I tried them both on. I have to say, Kim said, I know you are happy with the ring I chose because of how I smiled.

She not just a good sales person but someone that is going the extra to make sure people are happy with their purchase.
