If there was 0 stars, that's exactly what I would give this store. The management is terrible, unexcusable. For what day act like they can do and what they actually do for the customers. Tim acted completely lost during a transaction and for sure, as long as I've been frequentin the store. I know, for sure he's been here over 20 years. Not only just at this location which is opened 5 years ago, he acted like he did not know what to do just because of his short sense of patience and act like not to do something right by the customer as if he would get fired, which in those acts. Someone like that should be fired. Considering that he made one customer wait 45 minutes for $3.75 to be paid to where for sure, I know, krogers would have even appreciated that he'd taken care of the issue instead of holding up the line with that being said. A young lady by the name of Gaby, who's, I'm pretty sure, has not been there for that long. Knew exactly what to do and resolve the issue in a fashionly manner. The store leader was completely lost as well, there should never be a grocery store, such as Kroger's. Was someone not to know how to do every single step? That makes the transaction smooth, and I mean, every single thing 'cause I'm certain that krogers pays well and takes care of their employees well enough to give them the tools to make transactions go smooth. Tim, if I had four thumbs, I would give you...
Read moreIf I can give a zero star, I would. The cashier at the self checkout was extremely rude, short temper, each time I called for help, it took her 15 minutes to come to me and she was unhappy. She wasn’t busy but she was chatting, looked at me, rolled her eyes that I was interrupting her. Here is one example: The bar code at the eggs carton didn’t work, she was literally yelling at me very loud to go grab another good one she can scan. She was in a hurry to go back to her chat. Complaining about me to the person she was talking to. On the way out, i told her I had the worst experience ever at Kroger because of the way you treat your customers. Her answer was that go ahead and complain here is my manger. I didn’t have time and I had meat and groceries worth $200 that can go bad. I left but I would rather put this money somewhere more appreciative to their customers. The competition is high and I don’t need to go back to your store Since you hire such employees then your service is hit or miss. Management needs to offer anger management classes to their employees. I am Very upset and...
Read moreKroger in Reynoldsburg is an older, smaller supermarket, well serving the local neighborhoods. This store is still part of the largest grocery in America, offering the same sale items as others. It offers free parking in a lot right outside its doors. The lot, the entrance, and the restrooms are handicapped accessible. Though its size somewhat limits its offerings, you can still get fresh-baked Gold Miner's Sourdough Bread, and coconut "milk," and fresh produce. Conveniently, they now offer a state liquor agency, at which you can use a rewards credit card, though you don't earn fuel points from Kroger on alcohol purchases, but you do receive cash back from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, if you carry such a card. Thankfully, a larger Kroger is being built just one traffic light west on E. Main St. which should open within the year. I enjoy shopping at this nice-sized grocery. It's clean and easy to navigate. Best of all are the...
