DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I spend 3 hrs and 43 minutes here just for a basic pedicure with gel polish and a full set with French tips. Not only did it take them forever to do everything but they still managed to mess up my nails. I brought it to the womanās attention several of times and when she tried to fix it she just made it worst. I knew I shouldāve left when there was over 2 other clients that were having issues and complaining! This is by far the longest and worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. And I still ended up paying for everything, they shouldāve just removed the full set. It was a nightmare. Please save your money and your time and do not go here. They canāt do the simplest thing like French tips they are all crooked and they left like a spectacle or something on my nail and just put the clear coat on top of it. This is not the place to be. I will have to go to another nail salon to get these horrible crooked nails off of my fingers. Honestly after this experience I never want to step inside another nail salon again. But today I decided to get a dip gel manicure as well, and I fully regret that. I chose a dark red color and was definitely not the same as the swatch. Even looks borderline hot pink. They seemed to be over filed so some nails came out splotchy with the color. And the colors and gels were left messy all around my nails, couldnāt leave a clean finish at least. I think it would have been so simple to fix in the moment when she saw that. I called to see if we can fit me in so that I can get them redone and the lady said that I could but if SHE thought they were fine, sheād have to recharge me? When they arenāt the color I chose, and theyāre splotchy? The manager seems to not care for a bad job done and only cares about recharging the customer for their mess up. I donāt even want to waste my time and more money on this when she was already so hostile on the phone about even fixing them. That makes zero sense. ( today i came in for a pedi - i did have an appointment at 9) i was the first client there) I noticed the new pedicure chairs then looked around and noticed the whole place had a face lift! Wow it looks wonderful. Even the waiting area had new chairs. Now, you might say , whoop-dee-do they have new stuff, but what I say is the service has always been exceptional and met my standards and now their office displays that professional, clean atmosphere as well. My tech āHughā( i think that is how you spell it) always does amazing work and is very kind and gentle when doing my pedicures! I can tell he is the one that revamped this office space and he did an excellent job! Good job Hugh! Not only on my feet - because they feel fantastic but in your other skills.
