Booked two pedicures for my mom and me the day before my bday since they’re closed on a Sunday. Our first time here and although a pedicure is $68 I thought we can splurge since we’re going on vacation and it’s my bday pedicure. The moment we arrived they weren’t friendly or welcoming. When we got into our room my mom asked if Nicole could do polka dots on her toes. She said well not if you didn’t book nail art - didn’t realize we had to do that. Nicole who did my mom’s pedicure wasn’t friendly, but she did a good job cleaning and shaping the toes. Araceli didn’t do any of that. She filed my toe nails and that’s it. No cleaning or shaping to prevent ingrowns so I’ll need to go get an ACTUAL pedicure when I get back from my trip. Neither girl talked to us. It was weird to be in a private room in silence with eclectic music. Then they did a hot towel on our feet and left for a bit. WHAT? So we can’t have nail art, but you’ll put a hot towel on our feet and leave for a bit? That was a waste of time in my opinion. When they came back they agreed to do nail art, but Nicole went on and on about booking it and we’re so lucky they have time. Not the way I want to be treated. When Nicole was doing my mom’s art she talked a little at this time asking our summer plans and talking about her own kids. My mom’s nail art came out really nice - even with the lecture. My nail art came out uneven as you can see in the pictures. When we went to pay we were each charged $10 for the nail art, which I guess is fine even though mine is nothing compared to my moms. But the other issue is we were charged $70 each instead of $68. I asked why. I had my booking reservation showing $68 for a signature pedicure and a private room. The girl said she was new and she’d have the manager call me. Of course no call. $90 out the door and here I am a few hours later repainting my own nails since my art was awful and my toe nails weren’t properly cleaned. I regret changing places right before my trip and my bday. Save your money and go somewhere else.

August - 2023 (Massage / Therapist - Chloe). Absolutely wonderful massage by this therapist. 90 minutes of relaxing bliss! March - 2023 (Mani / Pedi) Beautiful Spa Ritual Spring collection nail polishes. Relaxing and fragrant hand and foot massages are essential for ones well being. Greentoes delivers every time! December 2022: I recently met with massage therapist, Chloe, at this location for a 1 hour back massage. I arrived with severe tight upper back/neck muscles. Chloe did an incredible job working out my knots and used a recommended CBD oil to help reduce inflammation during my massage. The oil was lovely and very aromatic. I left relaxed and revitalized and ready to face the upcoming holidays. Chloe also recommend and wrote down three exercises to help reduce my upper back and neck muscle pain. These tips have been very helpful. I definitely recommend massage therapists, Chloe or Lisa at this location. Later in the same month I returned for an Express Mani and Essential Pedi from nail tech Maria. I had an exceptional mani/pedi experience, and my mani has endured superbly during this busy holiday season. I also purchased a beautiful nail polish which Maria used during my visit called “Joyful Living”. It was the perfect color for Christmas and New Years, and will also work well for Valentine’s Day and July 4th. Maria was very pleasant during my visit and I highly recommend her. This location safeguards your health by asking all customers to sanitize hands at time of check in. I very much like the convenient, downtown location despite the current construction.

I went for my first time to GreenToes Tucson (6th St) on Feb 25. This was my first time having had my nails done since COVID and I was not disappointed. They take their cleanliness precautions very seriously! I received a gel French tip mani from Danielle, who did a simply beautiful job. I am not one for small talk, but all of the staff seemed to get on very well. They know their customers and they had amicable conversations with each other throughout my visit. While I prefer quiet, I know small talk is pretty standard and appreciated the good vibes at the salon. I would certainly return for another mani (or pedi) sometime. My french tip mani is still looking great!

This has got to be by far the worst nail salon in town. And please if you have time, have a seat and read this review. So I first began going there a few months ago. The customer service is excellent and 100% amazing. The attention to detail is where the story begins. So after getting a full mani and pedi the 1st time my cuticles are a horror story. I just chalked it up to maybe the nail tech not being comfortable cutting cuticles. After the second video I had to go to another nail salon to have my cuticles cleaned and trimmed which I didn’t mind before I felt like I was supporting 2 business and as a small business owner myself I understand how important that is. So on that second visit I also wanted to have an overlay and builder nails done. The tech explained that they did not preform that service. Turns out they do!!!!!!! the lady was by far too lazy. On the 3 trip and in between that time I started to take nail vitamins to help get some length and then I finally got her to add builder nails on top of my nails. She also admitted she didn’t have the time to do it because I had booked an express set. So again new customer so didn’t know I needed additional time to ask for anything no big deal. After 3 visit made an additional stop to my other salon (which I will not include in this review because they are amazing, and quite frankly stunned I still went to green toes which is a complete dump). By my next visit today I get seated and show the tech my nails, she explains she does not do nail art and that needs to be scheduled online, which I didn’t know so she couldn’t do my nails. And their next available appointment for someone who wants nail art was in 10 or so days (august 29th). A mess. I’m certain they are used to serving seniors who have no cuticles and cataracts too thick to see the terrible work. So no nails done today. On top of that they charged me 168$+25$ for a no call, and a failure to cancel an appointment that I missed. I don’t actually care about the money. They are a small business with terrible execution. Go at your own risk ⚠️. You’ve...
