Went with 2 friends. New owners. The pros: very clean facility & was able to make a same-day appointment. Prices are reasonable & good selection of polish colors. The cons: Was surprised when we got there that there were only two technicians working- a man and a woman and we had made an appointment for three pedicures. We had to wait to get started while they finished with 2 other customers. Since there were only two technicians they were not able to do all three of us at the same time so we ran late. The woman seemed pretty good. The man seemed inexperienced and distracted. He did not wear gloves, cut a little too deep on my hangnail, he did not use cuticle trimmers (he kind of moved them across the toe but didnโt trim!?), didnโt apply a base coat, and his fingernails were long and dug into my skin when he held my toes. To his credit the polish was done smoothly & has held up well Would go back if I could get the lady, but would not as a group as they seem short staffed. You also need to be flexible with this start...
ย ย ย Read morePretty bummed with my last experience. Iโve been going there for a couple years now. They just got new management and the place looks beautiful. But I went to get a fill exactly 2 weeks from my full set that I got there. One nail had came off, which I was bummed about because it had barely been any time but I was looking forward to getting it fixed. After I was done, I noticed that the nail tech had not cleaned under my nails at all. The price for the service was also $48. $40 for the fill, $5 for fixing that nail (which shouldnโt have broken to begin with, it had barely been two weeks), and then $3 to trim my nails. Ive gotten many full sets and fills before and never in my life been charged to trim my nails. Thatโs just a part of what a fill is. And itโs not like they were crazy longer anything because it had not been a long time. When a full set cost $50, a fill should not cost $48 for nothing out of the ordinary. Loved the place, but wonโt be going back, with the cost and...

She must not have understood anything I'd said. Stopped her from clipping the cuticles on my toes SO she went on to clip them on my fingers. I'd picked a nail polish & held it to my hands & feet. She painted my finger nails in CLEAR! I told & motioned the mistake to her. She looked irritated & redid my finger nails. She had the NERVE to charge me extra for her mistake. I realize now the reason she kept repeating "feel good?" when rubbing in lotion. She didn't know anything else in English.
I'm from CA & used to paying twice as much, but English is understood & they don't cut...
