I am a Angel Forever card holder and today I have decided to NEVER shop with Victoria Secret EVER again! Customer service at South Center Mall in Washington state is HORRIBLE! It seems to me they are hiring racist people just cause they need a willing body to do a job! Today I went into this location to buy a few items and when I got to the register one of the bath booms the cashier couldn't scan or read the numbers off the back of the item. So I offered to go get another one since they all were the same price... she ignored me like I wasn't standing in front of her... she kept typing I than asked her would she like me to read the number to her since she couldn't see it... she ignored me once again... so I than I said "HELLO" can you hear me or are you just ignoring me... she looked at me and said nonchalantly "One moment"... I than asked for the manager and she once again ignored me like I was nonthing to her... or my money wasn't good enough... so I asked the cashier next to her who's the manager and she said Rebecca. She than asked the other cashier beside her for help and they other cashier was talking to her about the number and she answered her everytime... which showed me she could hear she just didn't want to speak to me. I spoke with the manager at this location and she was very nonchalant how her cashier treated me and I was surprised.... due to me never experiencing this ever before... because I always shopped in Florida where the customer service was Great! This cashier ignored me... she wasn't friendly, professional or knowledgeable of her work ethics. Isn't that what customers service is all about? Going forward I will start recording people at these store because this is your job and your getting paid to do a job! So if you can't do it you should apply or just stay home! This store needs to do better and remember customer service is #1 and remember why they are there... which is...
Read moreMy partner and I were last min shopping on Xmas eve. The store closed at 4pm. We walked up around 3:48pm, and saw a blonde associate (presumably the mgr), standing under the gate that was already half down for closing. She was turning customers away saying they were closed. When I walked up, she tried to say they were closed, to which I reply “you close at 4, correct?” She said yes. I said “okay, we’ll it’s 3:50 now so, I’d like to go purchase my item.” She literally ROLLED HER EYES and said “well yeah technically… I mean do u know what u want?” I said yes, so she said “I guess that’s fine.” I walked in, and heard her VERY loudly say over her headset “we have 1 last customer who knows exactly what she wants and will be out shortly.” That made me feel SO targeted.
THEN I walked to the register, the cashier did not even say hello, and threw my unfolded item at me after check out WITHOUT a bag. When I asked for one, she gave it to me, not even opened, and I had to put my own item in. She did not thank me for shopping there. I exited the store at approx 3:57, and the blonde mgr was standing with her hand on the gate (we had to bend down to get over it and out).
Needless to say, I’m absolutely appalled by this experience. I worked in retail/retail mgmt for 6+ years, and never in my wildest dreams would I be so utterly rude and disrespectful to a customer.
Also, guess what? If you close at 4, and a customer comes in at 3:59, they are entitled to shop. You don’t get to close a CHAIN store early. And you certainly don’t get to roll your eyes at customers and not give them a bag. I feel incredibly disgusted at being targeted - it felt discriminatory and honestly those employees should not be able to keep their jobs. I fully plan to share my horrid experience more broadly and warn ppl to avoid shopping at store #50230 due to...
Read moreLast night when I came to VS, I had such an amazing experience with the customer service I received from the closing staff, especially from Jackie. I came in there to try to figure out what my new sizes were since I had beat my cancer and put on some weight. Slightly shy and embarrassed to ask for help, Jackie approached me and asked if I needed help or if I had any questions. Nervously I answered honestly and told her yes, and that I needed help figuring out what my new bra size is. She was able to help me figure out my new size and I was so happy she was actually right and knew what she was doing. The experience made me want to spend more money with her so that’s how you know she was doing a good job. It was pretty much close to closing and they were all so patient with me, kind and very nice. Given that it was a Friday night and I know everyone is ready to go home, I really appreciate that they didn’t make me feel like they were rushing me and made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much for all...
