ALDI — Attraction in Tullahoma

First time going to Aldi today,while there food and prices were awesome had a horrible experience with the cashier her name is Tracy she has to be the most unfriendliest rude person I have ever come across from,as stated first time coming here didn’t know I would need bags I bought a lot of items as I live 30 minutes away she seemed right off the bat annoyed not a simple hi or anything she started to throw my items so she could scan them after being done she threw my items inside my cart and when I say throw I mean throw to the point some things fell off and the lady behind me picked it up I was so distraught this treatment had never happen to me anywhere ever I should of said something to her right on the spot I regret I didn’t .The lady behind me came after me when I left and apologized for the way she treated me I didn’t deserve that and no one else does she stated she had done it to others including herself.. I contacted aldis customer service this lady does not need to be re trained she needs to be fired !! One thing is being quick and throwing CUSTOMERS food that is no ok and unacceptable she’s lucky nothing broke and the thought of this not being the first time she’s done that to someone is appalling do better horrible experience hope this doesn’t happen again and it gets taken care of. She had no business working in customer service retail not a people...

I went shopping today for instacart. I didn’t have a quarter so I put my items on the bottom of my husband’s buggy. Upon checkout, the older “gentleman” with the piercings and the attitude (describing because they don’t wear name tags here), insisted I cannot go get another buggy to help him check out the larger order in the buggy. I was just offering it to him to be nice, and he said if you came in on one buggy it leaves in one buggy. I tried to explain to him several times that they’re separate orders and he got an attitude with me, sighed at me and said “just take it then!” And pushed the buggy INTO MY PERSON. Hit me with the buggy. Then as I’m waiting for the bigger order to be wrung up, I saw the man looking over at me and he rolled his eyes at me. I was infuriated by this because I was being perfectly nice to him. He has a TERRIBLE attitude every time I come here and have to check out with him. He even slammed the second buggy into the register siding real hard because he was upset that I offered to get him another buggy and he had to get up from his chair. He busted half of the items in the second order because he was throwing them into the buggy. The worst Aldi experience. Install self-checkout...

I typically go to this store for some of the meats, like chicken and the pork chops. Twice now I've bought produce that was not fresh when I opened it at home. The first time was raspberries. They looked fresh when I bought them, but when I went to eat them the next day, they were full of mold. Had to throw them out. Today, I could only find organic celery and again, when I got them home to have some, they were wilted. I had to throw out half of them. So now I'm concerned about the quality of the meats to the point where I don't know if I'll even go back to this store. I hope it's not representative of all...
