Take my advice- NEVER, EVER deal with ANY moodys. As far as my family is concerned, they are utter thieves. They destroyed my grandmother's true sapphire engagement ring when they INSISTED that it HAD to be cleaned instead of just resized(by the way, they KEEP all of your 'leftover' clippings, shavings, gold/silver, as well, which i would call THEFT). They weren't thinking that they were GOING TO be responsible in ANY WA,(their untalented jeweler laughed in my face as I was leaving) but when I said I was calling the cops to make a report of THEFT, they lowered themselves enough to "replace" it with a huge ugly hunk of aquamarine-colored GLASS and NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED for DESTROYING a family heirloom that had been passed through THREE generations of Virgos and thanks to them- no more of my family can share in my grandmothers treasured dreams and the love of the man who bestowed it on her. FURTHERMORE, my sister was so livid that it was MY FAULT that it happened at all BECAUSE I took my 'business' HERE! Thanks for PROVING yourself to be INSANELY DISREPUTABLE, RUDE AND THIEVES. Did you give me BACK what I brought in? Nope- you RIPPED ME OFF, and your 'jeweler' needs to go back to remedial class. I could make better prongs on my FIRST TRY, i guarantee it! I've never seen such SHODDY metalwork TO BE "SOLD," before in my LIFE. How you've managed to get more stores is a true testament to your way of doing "business." & yes- I remind EVERYONE at this time of year and on Valentines to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE, for NO other jeweler I've dealt with has SO LITTLE INTEGRITY. & yes- I still am presented with jewelry, but I make it very clear that he is NEVER to give you money again. You will NEVER see another PENNY from us, and I SPREAD THE WORD every chance I GET. You really should close your shoddy thieving doors for GOOD, you SHYSTERS. You're DISGUSTING excuses...
Read moreWe had a horrible experience here. First of all, the communication is horrible. We purchased a ring in May & I was told i would get a call with an estimated arrival date. A month went by along with the date I was given and no call. I called and they told me âwe need to look into thatâ and turns out they had it all along, they just forgot to call me. Once we got the ring it sat in the safe for 6 months, I went to a local Jewlery store to have my ring sautered and was told 4 diamonds were loose. I drove an hour and a half to Tulsa to be told 10 diamonds were loose. They sent it off to corporate and again, said they would call me âtomorrowâ and never received a call. A week goes by and I had to call. Still no answer on if it should be âcoveredâ by warranty. Which it should be. It was only worn for 2 weeks. We decided it was too much of a mess and tried to get a refund. When we tried to go this route they got extremely rude and was told it was due to â6 months of wearâ. It was only worn for 2 weeks and a ring should not have 10 loose diamonds after 6 months anyways. That is poor quality.
They also sent my engagement ring to corporate and I was unaware of this. When I went to pick it up I was told it wasnt there AFTER I received a phone call saying it was. When I got the ring back I was told to âmake sure it fitâ which was very concerning since they werenât supposed to do any work to it at al until the band situation was handled. We ended up getting redirected to corporate where we dealt with a terribly unprofessional associate named Tyler. He was absolutely rude, and blamed everything on us and took zero responsibility. We kept requesting a refund and rudely got redirected several times to other options.
After this experience we talked to severely people to learn they had the similar interactions. We highly recommend not using this place and saving...
Read moreI would have given this a single star, except for the fact that I did get what I came for. The service was horrible. I felt like I was looked down upon from the moment I walked into the store. The clerks seemed put out and very unenthusiastic. I'm sure the fact that My husband was holding our baby while we were picking out an engagement ring didn't help as I am sure this conveyed the image that we were getting married because of her. Also I had a gift certificate from KMOD that I won which made this day possible and I was so very excited about. What they probably didn't know was the fact that we are already married, and that we were getting the ring because we didn't have the money before. My husband had lost his job last fall, and we just had a baby, so money is tight. Despite all that we have a gorgeous little girl who we adore, and I was finally able to get a ring on Valentine's Day, which should have been the best day ever. Sadly the clerks that were helping me were much more concerned and interested in a regular, must be nice, who popped in after her run to look at watches. I get that we aren't high clientele, but as someone who has been in retail for most of her adult life, this is not how you treat a customer. Thank you for making a potentially wonderful day that much...
