Super 7 Inn Tupelo — Hotel in Tupelo

Nobody go to this motel they put my boyfriend and me in a room that the air didn't work and refrigerated didn't work and the maintenance man was to stuck on drugs that he couldn't even get us another refrigerator in are room the woman at the front desk at to get us one but we had to change rooms bc the air didn't work and the room they gave us had bugs in the refrigerator so my boyfriend went to the office and told him to just refund his money bc bc we just going bk home and they said his money would be bk on his card in 24 hours this waz for the room and we had to pay 15 dollars for our dog they lied to him bout his money will be refunded bk to him within 24 hours bc its been almost 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded his money bk for the room and they told us that he couldn't get a refund for the 15 dollars for our dog and we wasn't even the room 2 hours before we left but lied about refunding our money bk to be honest this motel is for people thats just going through for a couple of hours and leave this is a trick motel get it and go period they our...

0 Stars!!!ROACH INFESTATION!!! This place needs to be shut down!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! The pictures of the rooms look nothing like what we got. The only thing that really worked in our room was the water. The tv didn't work, outlets didn't work one of the bed side lamps didn't work, cigret. burns on the bedding and window of our room looked like gun shot went through it. My son was scared to stay there. Frig was a hotel for the roaches and crawling on the floor! I hardly got any sleep due to roaches crawling on the bed...looking at me! We had got there late and was very tired. I called the front desk and complained, and they told me to call back in the morning to talk to the manager. I went to the front desk that morning and the guy told me no refund! I went back to talk to the manager not there then I have called many times and no manage ever there! Long story but I have yet to really talk to the manager to get my refund! They love giving the run around. This place is 0 stars!!!!! Wished I would have took pictures and posted them...

We got to our room and the door was unlocked. Went in and looked like someone had been sitting on the bed and there was no towels or washcloths. I called the front and they switched us to another room. Second room had no pillowcases, broken lamp, and again no towels or washcloths. The floor was wood and hadn't been swept. At that point I went down and asked for towels and cloths and pillowcases and someone brought me some. The pool was functioning but the water was like super hot. I went ahead and used the pool as I had been in the heat all day. I stayed because I was exhausted and didn't feel like looking for another room. I didn't use the bedclothes there because they were pretty stained up. They did accommodate my bird so that was a plus. They did have someone also bring me a microwave because there wasn't one. It seemed like alot of the workers also lived there at the hotel. It was way overpriced. I paid over 100 dollars for a night. There was no breakfast or coffee or anything in the lobby. They tried to be as helpful as possible so they get...
