University of Alabama Supply Store Student Center — Attraction in Tuscaloosa

The tank top shirts were way too small and can't return them since they were clearance. The size was not revealed on the website or on order so I was extremely disappointed when I got it thinking it was running large, like most have a tendency to do. The L looks like a youth large and the M, well, lets just say my 5 year old nephew can almost wear it but it is still too big, even for a night shirt. So I basically spent $20 on car University car rags. I would give it a lower rating but the tiki lamps were cute [unfortunately only run on batteries] and the UA Tennis cap was the best thing. Stick to the Bama Book Store. Plus they give the Alumni discounts online.

The website is superbly maintained and looks great. It’s aesthetically pleasing and embodies everything UA. It was easy to find what I was looking for and I even found some things I wasn’t originally looking for due to the super convenient categories. I think the clever categories of the website were my favorite part of using it. I was thankful there was a nice selection of Alumni gear! Whoever is managing the website and web department is doing a great job. I haven’t been to the SUPe store physically in years, but the website is 10/10! I gave the one star because when I was trying to place a order on line I kept having a problem with it so I kept contacting the store and they would not help me they kept routing me around to different people so when I asked for a supervisor I was told he would called me back I never heard from him. I eventually kept on trying to place my order and I was successful with it. I did place the order for some red and grey Alabama Nike tennis shoes that are really nice, but I will be returning the leggings and the face mask. I will no longer do business with them again after that because if their customer service and they also don’t value...
