Like many reviewers here, I must express my disappointment with the behavior of the staff, particularly the individual who identified herself as the “manager” cashier and the owner, Jessica. The conduct I witnessed was unacceptable. Specifically, I found the manager's response to a customer's request for personal space during a credit card transaction to be disproportionate and unprofessional. Threatening to call the police in this situation seemed unwarranted. Furthermore, the manager's subsequent outburst was highly inappropriate, especially after the customer had completed their purchase. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the business and raises concerns about customer service and management training. I would advise potential customers to consider other establishments that prioritize respectful treatment and customer privacy.
