This was the worst experience of my life. We did everything they asked my wife and I to do and they wait so long to cancel our reception. We have so many people coming from all over who cannot get a refund and now we are short of a location due to the lack of professionalism. Please I advise you to not waste your time or money here. They are so willing to take your money and charge you for everything but don’t have their stuff together. I would have been a okay had she let us know at least 60 days in advance about canceling. You know it’s bad when you call around last minute to find a new location and all the other vendors and businesses already know who canceled your event. They have done this to so many people and we didn’t know because they accepted all our money and wrote out contracts like everything was legit. Please don’t waste your time. We have wasted so much time and money for nothing. Not to mention we are not the only ones and I’m starting to think the other reviews can’t be real! The day they canceled they already had cashier checks and receipt packets ready to give back and an email template already ready and was forwarded to me. Read moreWow. Extremely..Extremely EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Paid for my reception in full almost a year prior to my event. Only for them to wait until less than 30 days to cancel my reception. This is a destination wedding for us so we have had friends and family drive across the country to meet us on our special day. We were warned by other vendors in the area but after seeing all the “good” reviews we decided to give them a try. I am so livid as I’m writing this as we are 20 days away from out wedding and have no reception location. We also had food and catering set at this location..we had all their information printed on our wedding invitations. Just a lot of time and money wasted. Read moreI am the last of the 4 brides from one weekend that had their WEDDING CANCELED! It seems they may have gotten more notice than me. They CANCELED 8 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING! They did attempted to help find a new one and refunded all of our money after begging they offered to provide tables and chairs if needed. However the issue is they were by far (thousands of dollars) cheaper than anything comparable anywhere in bay county. They didn't offer anything to compensate for the horrible situation THEY put us in. Regardless of the incorrect completion date given by THEIR contractor as a business they did not make it right. So 8 days before my wedding I had to contact 300 people and vendors and replan my whole wedding. No one should have to go through that.
