Blue Haven — Hotel in Upper Grand Lagoon

What a horrible experience we had as a family. Sadly the company who manages this property called VACASA is the most irresponsible, inefficient and negligent company I've ever dealt with. No just the lack of respect for a family with elders but how poorly the situation was handled.

We rented this house for the long weekend of 4th of July and upon our arrival the AC unit was dead. 104 F inside the house. The sent a technician who told us they cannot repair this until July the 5th because there is a Saturday supplier and Monday nobody works because , Tuesday was 4th of July.

After talking to many people, they could not relocate us and they only offered to reimburse or pay for something else but the available was "too expensive" for them to cover. We ended paying for a hotel and leaving the place. At this point nobody from VACASA, called, email or nothing.

Stay away from anything rented by VACASA , use a local rental company with local people who can really help in situations like this. Most of the VACASA rental are handled from Oregon and nobody cares about you.
