This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. As soon as the sale is made it is a total 360 and you are treated terribly. I had my dress on layaway and I made one big final payment. They ended up taking tax on my payment even though that was already factored in, so I was overcharged around $80! They didn’t answer any of my phone calls or voicemails and I had to go in person to get my money. Alterations were another nightmare. I paid ahead for alterations at the Lehigh Valley Mall when I bought my wedding dress there. The sales person let me know the seamstress was in KOP, but she was trained to pin up the dress and would be able to take all of my measurements and then send the dress to KOP for the seamstress. When I went in to get alterations, the girl had no idea what she was doing. My dress had a lace pattern and she was pinning it so that the seamstress would cut a chunk out of the middle of the dress to preserve/move up the edge of the dress, but this would completely ruin the pattern of the dress in the middle and make it look like two different fabrics crappily stitched together. She admitted she didn’t know what she was doing for a dress like this and told us we had to go to the seamstress in KOP. My mom lives two hours away and wasted a trip here for that appointment. Two weeks later we both go down to KOP (which is even farther for us both). The seamstress comes out and does not say hi or even acknowledge us but starts looking at my dress. We are asking her a bunch of questions and talking to her and she is completely ignoring us for about ten minutes. We start to sound frustrated and she goes and grabs another employee who explains that the seamstress speaks no English. After about an hour, we are able to communicate properly and have the dress all pinned up. I ask if they can ship the dress to the Lehigh valley store when they are done so we don’t have to make the drive to KOP again and they say if they do that, if anything still needs to be altered they will have to recharge us, and if we want a final fitting I have to go back to KOP. We go up front to book our final fitting and the cashier lets us know we owe another $100 for the hem even though we already paid for their most complicated hem months ago at the other store. I simply cannot afford another $100 when the dress with the alterations we paid for was already over my budget. They would not budge, and refused to do my alterations for the price I had already paid. I ended up getting a refund for my alterations but now am going to be stuck paying way more for the dress than I had anticipated. I would not have bought this dress if I knew that the alteration price I paid was inaccurate, and I would be on the hook for hundreds more. My mom and I wasted two days, a ton of gas money, and now are stuck with a dress we cannot afford alterations on. VIP fashion absolutely ruined my wedding dress...

VIP Fashion truly exceeded my expectations! We visited on March 12, 2025, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. I booked a VIP session online for my daughter, who’s a high school senior, and the process was so simple and straightforward. They asked for details like dress size, color preferences, style, budget, and whether it was for senior or junior prom. There was even a space to include extra details about her dream dress. A credit card was required to book in case of a last-minute cancellation or no-show (which would result in a $20 fee), but I wasn’t charged anything to book.
On the day of the appointment, I knew it was going to be a great experience from the moment we arrived. The dress displayed outside, the beautiful setup inside, and the warm greeting from the staff made us feel so welcomed. I mentioned that we were there for a VIP prom dress fitting, and the staff immediately escorted us to the back. My daughter was checked in and given a VIP bracelet, which made her feel so special.
Because they already had her information, it saved a lot of time. They knew her dress size and guided us straight to the section that reflected her style preferences. After my daughter picked out 5–6 dresses, we headed to the fitting room, which was well-lit and featured a raised platform with a large mirror so she could see every detail. Our host was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process.
They also sell accessories and shoes, and even provide shoes for you to try on with the dresses. By the end, my daughter said “yes to the prom dress,” and we even purchased her shoes there.

Read moreI went to the store looking for a quinceanera dress for my daughter at the mall in KOP. They were giving me a business card to go to the premium outlets. But then another girl came and took me to see them on the other side of the store my daughter liked one so the girl told us we can hold it if you make a deposit so we did put a deposit down of $100 which she said we won't order until you pay half of the dress. Which was fine but then we went back 3 days later because we wanted to cancel the hold because we can no longer do the party for some family issues that we have at this time and we talked to four different girls because they would all get on their cell phones and none of them knew until another girl came and she said I could not get my money back. Which they said to hold it not to order it but she said it was to order the dress the money that I gave and they also lie when they say to you that you have to get the dresses and put them on hold because then you won't get your dress in time. This girl said she would be able to get the dress in a week when the other one said tops three months. I couldn't even use my money for credit in that store or anything which is ridiculous. When I tell the girl to cancel the hold all she does is scribbles on the paper cancel and then she said now you can go and I will text them? Text who??? She didn't even try to help or offer anything.
