I've had pleasant experiences overall and good customer service. However, yesterday must have been an off day. I was bullied by another customer who was very pushy, forcing me to retreat to another part of the store. She took the time to find me and bully me before paying for her items. She had a good laugh with the clerks about how she approached me & insulted me. When I came to the counter to pay, she was still there and I was met with silence. It was very uncomfortable. I noticed the bully staring at my military ID in my wallet during my transaction. (I am a retired, disabled, minority vet). The staff and bully seemed to know each other well. It must be that "hometown" thing where new people are excluded. I took the high road by ignoring the bully, paid for my purchases, and left the store. However, the other day I was picking up lunch for myself and co-workers and decided to get cards for Valentine's Day. As I walk through the door, I catch eye contact from two employees who completely ignored me, yet greeted the gentleman who came in behind me. I get my cards. As, I'm waiting in line I notice that they are very friendly to the woman who they're helping and then I'm greeted with. "If you're ready". Not, "Hi, come on up". Which was said to the woman behind me. Amy's needs to work on treating EVERYONE with courtesy...
