Daboba — Attraction in Vancouver

11 month later edit: Recently found out they allow you now to add and customize flavors of the drink. Was the only thing holding them back. Now they are perfect.

EDIT: REALLY DISAPPOINTED. More times than not I'm told I can't mix flavors or have certain things customized because the register girl says " I can't do that because I don't think it'll taste good for you" this has happened several times until I stayed adamant. Shouldn't have to fight to get what I want. Than I wait months for the boba frappe bottles and get told I only can get it with a specific drink. We drove here because of an ad advertising get a container with a frappe, well we didnt, it has to be a specific one. I ask to buy the container itself, denied. I'm sick of these restrictions and feeling like I can't simply add Taro with strawberries, etc.

This is a proper boba place. Long time coming to finally feel all around satisfied by REAL boba experience. The drinks all are so filling, not overly sugary. So many options, and the staff is informative and positive and genuine. 100% reccomended by someone who has traveled Asia and many...

It was my first time in recently, and I had such a nice experience! I was unfamiliar with the menu, and the worker at the front was so sweet and gave me some popular recommendations. As well as explained the difference between some of their topping options. I decided to go with their brown sugar milk tea since it was a popular choice, and it was so yummy! You could really tell they put a lot of effort into crafting their drinks. I was the only customer in there at the time, but they still brought out a torch to get the top of my drink all toasty. Got three drinks and they’re all pretty good. Would try again. Service a little slow though

Authentic milk tea with pearls, 50% sweet - pretty standard milk tea made with nondairy creamer, but with a strong tea flavor. Boba had good texture and was good but not a standout.

Mango frappe (yogurt) with crystal boba, 50% sweet - very flavorful. Made with real mangos and you occasionally get some chunks. Not too sweet. Good smoothness

Yogurt with purple rice (no sweetness adjustment) - you get a lot of purple rice, which has great texture. The yogurt could be creamier and more flavorful (I prefer yomie’s) but still...
