Returned again in December and had the exact same experience with the same woman, and 3 months later still has a "manager" standing over her and still doesn't ask if I want concessions before she closes the receipt out. absolutely ridiculous customer "service."
This place was very nice when I was here in May. But today in September I was very disappointed: dirty women's restroom stalls plus with the rude woman at concessions who screamed at me "Unlimited?!" when I was showing my phone QR code and yes, I am on Unlimited. She barely understood English apparently and after I ordered my movie and seat she just printed my receipts immediately without asking if I wanted anything else. I told her to pass on that the bathrooms were dirty and she grunted something unintelligible so I doubt she passed it on. I watched some previews and decided to go get some concessions after all. But the manager was standing over the same woman and I was going to be forced to go to her, so I walked away. They also had the unused concession side roped off, so you can't get near enough to read the prices. I guess they don't want to sell concessions. Read moreThis is my first time going to this theatre, and whoever the male manger is needs to be demoted. This man does not know how to deal with confrontation nor does he know how to manage a theatre. My mom is a regal member and ordered nachos with their promotion and we ended up spending 90 dollars to see a movie. After ordering, the man calls us to the counter to inform us that they ran out of the chips that come with the nachos and that they only have Doritos. We are totally fine with that until he tells us we have to pay an extra four dollars for the Doritos even though it was on them for not informing us that they were out of the nacho chips. I stared at him in disbelief and asked him to repeat himself and he told us he can either refund us OR we can pay an extra four dollars for Doritos! I refused to let that slide as my mom just spend 90 dollars and told him no, that’s on them and they need to make it right. Then the man proceeds to sternly tell us “I told you your options.” And runs away! I’m not sure who promoted this man but he is in no place to be a manager. I’d rather just drive to AMC...
Read moreI give it a 2 star because I walked in to buy a ticket you have to buy it at the concession stand. The ticket agent didnt ask If I purchased a ticket he just asked to look in my purse. I opened my purse but said I havent purshased a ticket yet. I walked to the concession stand worker guy to buy a ticket and he points at the ticket agent guy so I'm like oh I have to buy a ticket from the ticket agent person? He didn't respond so I walk to the ticket agent guy and he says no u have to buy it from the concession stand then the concession stand guy says oh yeah sry. (Overall customer service lacked) also would like to add I did not purchase a ticket yet and asking to look in my purse u dont know what time I was purchasing the ticket for could be later in the day. Anyhow I purchased the ticket walked back out to my car for a few because I had a little time to kill before my movie.
