I saw pictures of a birthday party that one of our gymnastics friends had hosted here. I never knew the place existed and was SO excited to show this place to my kids. They had traveled alongside the national Guard and their rock wall in the summer and they couldn't make a hard enough climb for them, and good lord they tried.. Anyways, my daughters birthday was a few weeks away, so we were going to go there out this facility to see about having her birthday there. I had my 2 kids, and a child that is with me 90% of the time because of her drugged out parents. The TERRIBLE customer service I received by the black haired lady at the front desk was apolling. Said I couldn't sign for the 3rd if I didn't have court documentation of her being mine. Whatever, I'll call the "parent", even though I have her insurance card and sign for her on everything... so I go over to the computer to sign for my "legit" 2 kids, and she literally starts yelling (repeatedly) at us from across the lobby that 1)I can't sign a waiver for her (if she would have stopped yelling and watched I was going to call her "parent" to see if they weren't too strung out to sign a waiver online.. 2) yelled that she couldn't even be in the facility without one.. (did I need to escorted her out while signing a waiver??) Is this how you normally treat new guests? When we have a party we go all out and invite whomever they want, including their families. I work in at a school and could have sent alot of people your way, I can make sure to tell them not to waste their time.
