Normally I love going to this theater, but had an unfortunate experience there last week. My daughter and I were extremely let down by the lack of customer service we received from the employee who took our money, the manager (Im assuming because he was wearing a blazer), and the clerk who sold us concessions. If it was slammed I could maybe let it slide that all three of these employees were borderline rude to us, but the fact that we were pretty much the only customers there, I could not wrap my mind around their conduct. YOU CHARGE INSANELY HIGH RATES FOR THESE MOVIES, the least you could do is be friendly in the short amount of time that you interact with the customers. Additionally, I wouldn't have felt the need to review the experience, but when the manager clearly has no clue how to be cordial with customers it is a problem. I feel conflicted because I have had many great experiences at this theater, but honestly, based this experience with this group last Wednesday (1/23/19) I will probably make efforts to take my business elsewhere. BOTTOM LINE, CONSIDERING THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES YOU CHARGE, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES. (I still gave 2 stars because the movie...
Read moreThis place has the best senior prices in town. My go to for the latest movie. They also show some of the less heard of movies you wouldn't see at other theatres but are great entertainment The people at this theatre Are super helpful. Sometimes I have trouble carrying my popcorn and drink to my seat due to balance issues and many times the people working at the theatre will volunteer to help me get my snacks to my seat. Really great staff.
I really love this theatre but have noticed they dont play any of the Christian themed movies. I really wanted to see journey to Bethlehem there but was very disappointed to find they didn't play it. I do love the staff and theatre but find myself going to other locations more and more
I was so happy when I found out they still had the visors rather than the screens on the arm for closed captions. They are so much more convenient and easy to carry. Thank you for considering your customers I know the visors...
Read moreDecent movie theater. Nothing particularly special or out of the ordinary, but nothing much to complain about either. My only complaint is that many movies which were being shown in 3D up at the nearby Regal Cinema Hwy 99, like Thor: Love and Thunder, were unavailable in 3D at the City Center location despite its perfectly adequate 3D facilities that were used for Avatar 2 and other films.
The best part about this theater, however, is that the usual Regal and AMC $5 Tuesdays deal is extended to Sundays as well. This is incredible, as unlike Tuesdays (assuming one is not Mormon or practicing Jewish) Sundays tend to be a day in which the whole family can come out and see two, even three movies per day, all for only 40% the price of a single full-price ticket. Few first-run movie theaters can match this deal, and that alone gives this...
