James Griffith Salon of Venice — Attraction in Venice

This was my first time , and very happy! I moved to Venice in October last year, and I have been through three salons. First salon I got blonde patches instead of highlights and got my scalp burned. Second salon I got correction , third highlights I didn’t like because it came out darker than platinum more like honey or something, and haircut without style just gut my hair chopped off . Anyway! I found this salon finally and I requested a master level stylist and was so pleased with her! Bianca is very very knowledgeable and proffessional, she knew exactly what I wanted and how to get it done! Top of it she’s fun to be around. The ashy platinum beach blonde is my style and she’s an expert to deliver what my favorite look is just like my color specialist in NYC for 12 years. She did not have time to cut my hair that day but I took the appointment anyways because I was leaving town the following week so someone did my haircut. I forgot the name of the stylist and really want her and the management to know how great she was, I showed her a picture of me that was a cut back in NYC and did the exact cut! I mean seriously? Awesome talent! The only little problem was that the receptionist didn’t schedule enough time, I got out little more than an hr later than she told me I will. But they all were amazingly kind , and now they know me they will make sure to give enough time to the stylist to work on my hair. If it’s your first time and you have something long and complicated going on just make sure you can stick around longer and don’t have to be somewhere right after. It is still a very very proffessional and fantastic 5 star salon with great talents! I will stick around, finally I found where I get the look I love and spend time in a place that’s welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is energetic, upbeat and awesome! My story started out a little sad. I moved to Florida from (you guessed it)... Ohio! I had beautiful blonde hair and I was in search of a new hair stylist. I went through like 6-7 hair stylist. Each one making my hair more copper/ way too gold. I finally decided I was going to go a little darker to my natural hair color. Well that didn’t turn out how I wanted. One stylist turned my hair blue and I spent $200. I finally got in contact with this AMAZING salon. My aunt is a blonde and she loves her stylist Hailey. I made an appointment and Hailey said because of the damage that was done my dream hair might not be able to be achieved until a couple appointments later. I understood but I went ahead and booked the appointment. Well that appointment went better that I had ever expected. Holy Hair Repair! I had an emergency hair repair need and James Griffith Salon saved the day! And my hair!

I went to another salon for blonding services. Unfortunately, I was left with purple and gray hair when I should have been a more platinum blonde. I was mortified and embarrassed, stressed and confused. I was instructed to just wash my hair every day and it would eventually lighten and fade. I left they salon in tears. (This was not James Griffith Salon)

I called James Griffith Salon from the parking lot of the other Salon and explained what happened. Even though it's the hight of season and I was not one of their clients, they were able to get me in the very next day for a color correction. I was so grateful, thankful and relieved with the process and work performed on my hair to correct the color. They talked me through each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with their plan. I cannot thank them enough! I'm beautifully blonde again and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
