Golf N Stuff — Attraction in Ventura

The manager on duty today continued to be rude and quick in speech not allowing me to ask and address my concern for additional ticket purchase. As mentioned I have a quadriplegic present and is unable to fully access your facility due to not being handicap accessible. The manager shut the window and flipped the closed signage as I was present and alleged she had to help someone else in front once I asked to speak to the manager/supervisor which was her. I explained how from a customer point of view, what occurred was rude as she kept and continued to speak over me. Then explained that I could go back to the end of the line at the other window. I asked for the owner etc contact so I could address my concern. As you mentioned on the phone, please review video, witness statements. I took a photo attached for the signage which was later removed and window reopened right after I was made to wait at the end of the other line. Both are attached. Both photos are time stamped on my phone as well. Also my purchase time stamped tickets receipt has the wrong time. If you have accessibility concerns, this place may be difficult to impossible...

Have been coming to this establishment for 20 yrs but lately management and staff has the worst customer service do to after picking the prizes with the kids one of the drawing board toys they got didnt work properly so advised the employee and she said I don't know if I could replace it even though it was broken. The manager was called and the managers were very difficult to deal with showed no concern and threw the toy on the shelf didn't hand it to me then asked if he could check that it works he said no you check it while smiling sarcasticly then main manager Dustin was involved and took his staffs side and didn't apologize for the inconvenience instead said than me and my family with 2 kids after spending $500 a month and had 9000 tickets accumulated said I wasn't welcomed back after complaining about the broken prizes and their horrible customer service then followed us to the parking lot my 7yr old told me he's behind us and said I'm scared so I turned around said why are you following us hes reply was get of my property. Told the manager we are leaving don't you see us walking to the car then...

I want to give this place 5 star because it holds a special place in my heart, but there is definitely room for improvement. I grew up going here every summer during summer camp. I returned for the first time after over a decade with my kids, and it was great. They offer a great family pack with 4 wristbands that include mini golf and 3 rides, plus $1/ea of arcade games. This pack was just over $100. The rides include bumper cars, bumper boats, and Go Karts. Here's the rub, These rides have not upgraded one bit. The Bumper boats, which was one of my favorites growing up and the go karts, seem extremely toxic now with the amount of fumes you are breathing. That's my motherly brain talking. My kids were like, "Get me off of here," not because it wasn't fun, but because the smell took over the fun. We enjoyed the bumper cars (who doesn't!?) and mini golf a lot and would return again for those and their great arcade. What made it really awesome was their staff, very kind, helpful, and patient. I'm happy to have made these fun memories...
