Ordered #29 sourdough breakfast and got some SD grilled chicken sandwich, without a receipt. On my debit venmo card. I had already touched the sandwich and everything. Went back into the drive thru to get what I originally ordered and the cashier seemed like he had no clue what items were on breakfast menu. He needs to be retrained about how to treat customers too. He was kinda rude! Since I did not receive a receipt the first time I had to request a receipt 3x. And when I told him about the difference in what I had ordered and what I was charged, He straight lied to my face and said that with my venmo debit card, there is an automatic .50 charge for every purchase and I told him that is not true and he said that's what he was told in training. I had to ask for the difference of what I ordered AGAIN and calvulates the difference on his phone, he gave me cash back, with the receipt I should have received the first time. And he had the nerve to ask for the sandwich back that I had already touched. (Now that is weird, most places won't accept wrong orders back). When I questioned his request, he said, "I would have to charge you for a new order, if you don't give me the exchange! I'm just following protocol" WOW! If he was doing his job, I would not be here returning an item I did not order, and calling him out on his b##$%&!%, with a line of cars behind me. The receipt I received, was from the original transaction. He never gave me the second receipt, he gave me the difference in cash. I heard him talk to the kitchen making a verbal request. Not sure why he couldn't put it into the system. I give his customer service skills a 2/5. No accountability whatsoever. OMG! And the cashier name on the receipt shows a girls name... I didn't see his name tag under his jacket. However, the SD breakfast sandwich was delicious! But that back and forth banter, was definitely a waste of time. Most people would have lost their temper with his attitude. If he reads this review, I wish him well, but man seriously, do not try to bs a person who has been in the food and hospitality industry for over 15 years! you could have handled that...
Read moreI work in the fast food industry (3 different establishments at once) and it has made me more harsh in judgement when the role is flipped and I am the customer. Having said that, the food was prepared in a timely manner, the quality was as expected, the restaurant itself seemed upkept, the only problem was the attitude of the staff was terrible and I could tell by the management acting the same way that saying something won't do anything, unfortunately, so if you want good customer service I would suggest another location. There was one employee that stood out to me, his name was Micha, and even though he was not the one who took my order, he was more attentive, engaging, communicative, and was the only one (even above management) that I felt had the "exceptional customer service" skill. To management: praise the employee, do not get angry/envious and backlash as you may or may not. Learn from his ways by observation instead of punishment and the cold shoulder. Your location will thrive with a slight attitude adjustment, we just did staffing renovations and it worked wonderfully. Consistency and dedication are key, best of luck...
Read moreThe employees are very nice, especially an older lady, I don't know what her name is but she usually works late at night to early morning, I believe she's a shift manager. She is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and quick employee there!!! If they make a mistake (which isn't often) she's fast to remedy whatever may arise. The only thing I have anything negative to say is about the drive thru. It doesn't happen all the time, the person working the window taking orders somehow just can not seem to hear or understand you. I'm a very VERY loud person the one thing I do not ever get told is I need to speak up lol I think maybe the late night crew gets a little bored sometimes and they like to mess around with the customers in the drive thru. It's nothing that would prevent me from visiting. It's more of an issue for my husband, it really bugs him he's not very loud and has kind of a soft voice. Honestly it's a little amusing at times lol. Overall I enjoy this location, the food and the employees oh and the rest rooms, ALWAYS...
