This review is in regard to me being a current AT&T First Net customer attempting to upgrade lines on my account.
Ultimately this was an extremely frustrating experience. I made an appointment to speak with salesperson, as the online account was giving me an error when I tried to upgrade my tablet. I also tried the customer support line several times but the line appeared to keep going dead.
While at the store, I was told that I needed to contact customer service to place the order for my watch and tablet, as they had been having issues ordering these devices from the warehouse. I was also told to do the pre-order for my phone online. I am upset about this as the whole reason for my visit was to complete my purchase and see the devices I was looking for. What's the point of coming in to upgrade my devices if there is no way for them to help me?
So, I do as suggested and again call customer service and the line keeps going dead, because they are closed. I called the sales side and am told they can't help me because I'm First Net and that I need to call back during the week or go in person to a store.....which is whole reason I tried to complete this during the appointment I made at this store to begin with. I'm posting this on Google because AT&T doesn't appear to have any recourse then customer support to complain about this store. I'm not sure if this employee didn't want to work with me, or some other reason, but it feels unacceptable to be me shrug off customers in this fashion. Especially since I am trying to...
   Read moreI would NEVER get close to anything At&t after my visit here! One of the worst experiences in a mobile store ever. An At&t B2B representative convinced me to transfer my business account to At&t. He was supposed to transfer my 22 line to At&t and get everyone connected, but he ended up screwing us up! After 5 hours of work on my account, he only transferred 5 lines successfully and disconnected more than 10 lines! He left me after he lied to me and said he did it successfully and everyone should receive a notification to activate their eSIM. On the second day, I called him and told him that he needs to get my other lines connected asap. He told me to go to a corporate store so they solve the issue for me. So I came to this store and regretted it so much! They couldn't do anything! Not even the manager!! They couldn't connect the disconnected lines and told me that only the representative who helped me first could solve this issue!! Seriously?!! A corporate store can't fix a mistake of a representative?!! Like what if the representative went into a vacation or he left you guys, what am I supposed to do then?! I stayed in the store for 3 hours to end up leaving with nothing! My 10 disconnected lines are still disconnected, and my 10 employees are still disconnected since 2 days ago! They simply don't care! A company that doesn't respect their customers shouldn't stay...
   Read moreBest experience ever!!!! Normally I don't write reviews, but I was very impressed with the service I received from Stevan Solis at this ATT location. I went in originally to just look at the phones, because trying to shop for a phone online is no where near being able to see and feel the phones. I was needing to replace two phones. From the time Stevan began helping me, I truly felt I had his undivided attention. He listened to exactly what I was saying, showed me phones I was interested in, and offered me a couple of options that made my decision easier. I never felt pressured into making a hasty decision, nor did I feel rushed. Often when going to the phone stores, you feel rushed because of the ever increasing line that is waiting. I didn't even make a phone purchase today, but I walked away with information and a solution to my current situation. I definitely will be purchasing two phones, and I will no longer be doing it online, I will be making an appointment with Stevan so he can assist me in my purchase!
