What a shame !! I ordered an oatmeal then I got insulted !
Zulaikha a night employee must be trained to talk to customers properly ASAP. She literally insulted me by telling me I was harassing her co worker when I just asked her I don’t like raisin in my oatmeal and rather I take another ingredient if possible. She stared laughing and raising her voice because I have an accent and as you can see my first and last name here in this review. Her defense was “I harassed her co worker@ because I was specific on my request I don’t like raisin. I agree I didn’t mention it in the beginning but once I pulled up to pay $7.45 I said can I choose another ingredient ? And then she suddenly insulted me. Yes I am a customer and I am taking it as an insult. And she said I should had done research online and closed her window.
You should be ashamed of yourself the way you talked to me.
Regardless I am a customer, and you used the word of harass when in fact you don’t even know the proper definition and the extent thereof.
My advise to you : if you hate your job, and if you lack of education and customer service please quit your job and do something’s else.

Read moreThe manager of this store is a heartless corporate robot. I was there with my friend and placed our order. My friend let me know that he urgently needed to use the restroom. He has a medical condition that causes issues with this at times. Their restroom is currently only for employees. After asking if they could please make an exception to this for him and considering his condition the young female manager was so rude in her answer. She said no, but in the coldest way possible and with barely even looking to our direction. When asked if she could please be compassionate and make an exception she said that “it’s the policy” and “if you don’t understand that it’s your problem and not mine” I WAS FLOORED! How she could talk like that! I said to her that she was the human being responsible that could make a decision, just like the person who made the decision that policy would protect their employees...but that it was HER choice to have NO human feeling, no kindness at all. I could understand if she said something like - I would but I really can’t - but her response was unbelievable. I hope corporate Starbucks doesn’t condone that kind of treatment of other...

Person working said they were out of soy milk which is possible, but then when I got to the window and asked whether or not I could get some napkins with my order she said, “we are out of those too.” Now I could see through the window that in the store there were napkins.
She shut the window as I tried to ask her again and it was quite evident she didn’t care. I had to go inside the store to get napkins where I said to someone else, “she said you didn’t have any napkins.” Her response was, “no I just gave her some.”
This kind of blatant disregard for people is the kind of thing that makes me not want to ever go back to this particular Starbucks again.
Now since she’s a liar I also have to question whether or not she actually ran out of soy milk??
This employee is 💯 lazy and just doesn’t care about the customer experience…I felt completely unwelcome, defeated and clearly won’t every return to...
