Montalvo Square Shopping Center — Local services in Ventura

This is the last great shopping center before you start heading out to Oxnard from Ventura. I mainly come here for robeks, Q&Q Hawaiian bbq, and LA fitness.

And when you are feeling sushi on the other side there is sumo Japanese resturant that is great but its loud there all the times it seems but the food is good.

Bundt cakes is there as well and you can order the cakes with no frosting... I just discovered that recently, and its exciting because I always hated how much frosting they use.

The only thing I don't like about this place is the entrance main entrance incoming vehicles don't stop and sometimes you get that one that doesn't know that and then stops let the other people on stop signs to go... Yes it has El Pollo loco, Panda, and Starbucks in this very expensive shopping center in Ventura off of Victoria avenue. It is also across are the street from Trader Joe's.There also many more stores including Ralphs and I believe a CVS. It has a huge huge parking lot. So parking is never an isssue..But more importantly there is a Hawaiian restaurant and my psychiatrist located in this shopping center. When I'm here I usually go straight to the Hawaiian restaurant. Hawaiian food being a favorite of mine especially the tonkatsu and Kalbi. Fun fact- this shopping center is supposedly built on an Indian burial ground and is haunted. I myself don't believe in such fanciful ideas, however it is oddly windy there a majority of the time...

In this shopping center, there is a gym (the best mainstream gym in Ventura), grocery store, large-chain pharmacy, nearly ten fast foods (ranging from Panda Express to Rubio's), a sushi joint, coffee house, cell phone store (corporate I believe), and of course, a high end cake shop.
