Smaller than expected kids clothing section, but they don't disappoint. Got the cutest flag boots for my baby girl and an awesome belt for my 4 year old. The carhart jackets they had there were a bit overpriced compared to Amazon, but I was able to find what I came for. The store was kept orderly and everything was displayed nicely. Can't really speak for the rest of the store upstairs as I didn't have much time to browse for myself.

I bought my new cowboy boots from the Wharf and I could not be happier. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. The store has a laid back “surf town” vibe while selling an amazing selection of western wear products. My new boots immediately were put to the test on a frisky gelding and I felt safe and secure in my new boots!!

What I love the most about their pet store is they don't tend to sell animals. I wish chain stores would move away from the same. It isn't ethical. Besides that, it is a convenient location in my city to get all our small animal supplies that we cannot get at a good price online. Please never get rid of your orchard/timothy mixed hay bales. Our guinea pigs are obsessed with it and buying online is not ideal for our in-home rescue. Due to Covid, it has been hard to maintain online subscriptions, so we switched to local bales. The only negative I have is I know it's out of their control, but sometimes it has been hard to find the bales in stock or fresh and green.

Edit: What I'm not loving lately is their mini bales of timothy hay. For the last three months the hay has been filled with fox tails and extremely dusty. The fox tails are bigger now and easier to remove from fleece, but still. The hay is more dust and small bits than hay. Dust is everywhere. It's really hard to manage. PLEASE tell your supplier to fix their quality. Before this was orchard grass (sweeter and stringier type of hay) with lots of brown patches and so filled with fox tails our rescues' fleece was covered.

Also when a girl answered once before I went there and said their hay was perfectly fine when it was so yellow there was no way our animals would touch it, that's not perfectly fine.

Edit 2: The hay quality never improved. The employees never seem to know what type of hay the bales are made of either. The bales remain poor quality with a lot of dead strands, dust, and different types of hay mixed in each time. Never purchase bales from the supplier...

A coworker recommended this store for Carhart clothing we went to transmission brewing and noticed the warf was on the ride home and stopped by we was in shock of how unique it was with 3 separate stores we shopped in the animal store first and purchased a couple items than went to the Pendleton part of store which had a nice kind lady who talked to us and bought a shirt ended up with a bag full of stuff from the warf we came by bicycle so of course we had to carry our purchases with us we than went in the main store as soon as we entered before we started looking a employee came up to us and was already asking if we need help mind you we just entered the store and we usually don't need help like to shop and purchase items without the employee bugging as soon as we started walking to the Ben Davis side of store a male Hispanic employee came up to us rude and said give me your bags we was in shock because other people had purses and bags and only target us we gave it to the employee and he put it in the front my mom said let's get out of her they targeting us I soon walked to front and a Hispanic female was laughing because the male employee told her something about us I asked for our stuff and said we never coming back the Hispanic woman kept on laughing while a Caucasian elderly lady apologized we just got a settlement in court so we probably was the most spending customers they could of had for the day I'll just go take my business else where they didn't even have signs...

We love this store and usually have a great experience so I’m not going to dock any stars on this review. However, hoping this feedback will be heard by someone more receptive than the young woman working at closing tonight…

We popped in Sunday evening just before 5 after double checking store hours on Google which showed a closing time of 6. While we were shopping the person working checked on us and clarified the store closes at 5 on Sunday. No big deal, we will hurry up, but we let her know that hours on Google say 6pm. Her only response was that the hours were posted outside the store.

She was later visibly frustrated after multiple people continued to walk in, so as we checked out I suggested that perhaps someone could update the hours on Google so they wouldn’t have a lot of people wandering in late. Again she just repeated (a bit more sneakily) that hours were posted outside the store. Most people wouldn’t be looking at that if they checked hours in advance and walked up to a fully lit store with doors open…

Please receive this as a friendly note from a loyal customer, a simple quick change submitted to your Google business listing will help employees at closing and save customer and employee frustration. We would have driven on by and come back another day if Google/online store hours had...
