I have only been once and have lowered my review to 4 stars because it now seems more recreational than medical. At Prime Wellness they had a sign that they were still and only doing medical, which I prefer from my dispensary .
I have been coming here for about a year now(since I got my MMC). The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpfulâŚfrom the second you walk in. The people at the door are always so pleasant and use your first name. I always seem to have Kyle or Luke when I pick up my order. They always ask if I need anything else or have any questions. They treat me like theyâve known me for years. I have horrible issues from cancer (and the radiation) that I battled in 2020. These folks are always helpful and answer all my questions. The items were not put back on menu but order was already sold between text and call. Impossible unless my order was taken by the staff for themselves. I am sickened by this. I did not realize that 72 hours had changed to 24. First time this has happened that an order got put back in 8 yrs. But that I didn't have a chance before staff took order for themselves is disgusting. There is no other way that it could be gone. Disappointing and unprofessional.
