Consignment Gallery — Attraction in Vero Beach

Let me start that I do not enjoy doing this...however buyer beware...I purchased a nice piece so I thought and arranged delivery...I had a few pieces that I thought I would send back to them via this delivery however Mike told me they had to be in excellent condition...we bought those pieces new and its only my husband and I who live here only 6 months a year so the wear was very minimal however if one looks hard enough one could find something and I did not want to pay to have them sent back to me. So once I received my piece and examined it, to my horror and the delivery Personel ...someone had tried to either replace handles and the holes left from previous handles were there in white on a green cabinet...plus the handles we installed crocked with hug drilled holes that the screws did not fit and they had cracked the inside of the door...why did I not see that at the store...well they had positioned a table set and chair in front of the cabinet, purposely or not I could not open the cabinet hence why I did not see this...I would not have bought this item like that...now they offered to return the item and pay for the delivery charge back to them however they refused to pay for any repairs or my delivery fees of $85. So I would be out this money...we referred to a cabinet maker who said with patience and skill even with these large holes they can be repaired... My point in all of EXCELLENCE for them is a one way street...be careful when buying from them, examine your piece closely, you have been warned...just to add I paid $533 with taxes plus $85 delivery fee for this...

As soon as I walk in I feel welcomed and thoroughly enjoy browsing through their superbly arranged decor and furniture displays. I have purchased several items from Consignment Gallery and I am absolutely thrilled with the unique pieces I have discovered there. I try to visit as much as I can because new and different pieces come in regularly. Most of all, Consignment Gallery has the most friendly and helpful employees who go out of their way to assist you with any questions...

I was going to buy a table for underneath my window & I asked the woman who I think was the owner and she couldn’t be bothered. The owner is nasty. She couldn’t help me because she was “slammed and she wouldn’t be able to help me until tomorrow” so I’m going to buy somewhere else. What does she think? I’m gonna wait for her to give me a price on something that I’m buying Because she’s too busy for her Customer? Wow No business ethic anymore. She obviously doesn’t...
