I went in today, October 12, to pick up our reserved Call of Duty game. When I entered the store, I was never acknowledged yet there were 3 employees behind the counter. All 3 observed me walk in. I proceeded to walk over to where the line forms and got in line. There were 3 people ahead of me: 2 Hispanic males and a black male. Behind the counter, were 3 employees-or so I thought. There was a white male behind the counter who just stood there with his hands in front of him-looked like he was lost. A black male was behind the counter (later I found out that this was not an employee buy yet a customer who was related to the customers that were already in line) and then the cashier. The cashier did look at me but never spoke/acknowledged me. About 10 minutes into my standing in line (totaling 15 minutes for 1 transaction), another customer comes in and walks right up to in front of the register, directly behind the 3 people that were playing around. Finally after the original 3 customers at the register were done and the black man behind the counter who I thought was an employee but wasn't were finished with the transaction, the cashier, Violeta, looks at me and tells me that she's going to help the customer who walked up to the register first before me. I looked at her and said "I was next. I've been in line for 15 minutes while you joked around with the other customers. You know I was next because you looked at me before this man came in." The man who was cutting looked at me and walked to the line area. Violeta though told me to calm down. First off, I wasn't being rude or anything. I waited 15 minutes in line and she's going to help someone who just walks up? What's the point then in getting into a line where the sign reads "Line forms here"? I picked up my game, and told her I wanted to cancel my remaining pre-order due to her rudeness. At no time did she apologize or even try to persuade me to keep my preorder there. This store has issues. I really feel that my money wasn't good enough for her/your store location. Being treated rudely and by telling me that she's going to help a customer who cut in line first is unacceptable. Also, why do you have non-employees walking all around the back...
   Read moreVery disappointed. I've been coming here for years and have never had an issue, it was actually always a great experience. Back in July/August 2024 I placed an order online to pick up a Funko pop. When I went in to pick up they had told me that I had already picked it up... I had not. The staff member called his manager and she was on speaker and wanted to say that I had already picked up. The staff member wrote down my number and name so that the manager could calm me. They never called me so I gave them a call. They kept me on hold and finally told me that the manager would call me back. I did get a call back and they told me that they were going to order another one and that there must have been a mistake and the Funko was given to someone else. I remained positive. After a bit I walked into GameStop in September to buy a gift and since I was there I asked for an update and there was no update but they had my information. Well my last straw was now in October I was at the mall and wanted to check in and the store manager told me that she was sorry and that I would need to call customer service because they couldn't order me another one as they were not making that Funko anymore and that she couldn't issue me a refund because it was already so long ago. I know $15 dollars is not a whole bunch but it's annoying that if the solution from the beginning was to call customer service. Don't make me wait months with promises that did not happen and then to tell me that a refund could have happened from...

Whoever ever the night shift team was yesterday 3-11-2021 are low-key not professional at all, that morning I called and spoke to Jason he let me know that the shipment will be there and Im on the list for this wave you should get a call back later today so I waited and waited then I called at least 8 times and they kept forwarding me. I call today and Jason again was the one I talked to and let me know that they were there and that he didn't know why I didn't get the call, he then let me know I cam go get them right now if I wanted.
