I walked into a furniture store fully prepared to purchase a washer and dryer, only to be met with poor service and a complete lack of professionalism.

Not only were we not greeted, but the staff member remained seated roughly 15 feet away and showed zero interest in assisting us. Purchased a small throw rug that was on sale outside the door. I paid cash & did not think there would be any problem. I got it home and noticed many severe defects. Carpet dye had bleed through the bottom of the rug, many threads were unraveling, and there were a plethora of wrinkles that would not come out with warm water. I had to return it. The minute I walked in the door, the lady working the desk told me there were no returns. I looked at my receipt and sure enough it read "all sales final, no refunds." I ordered a dining set and when it arrived it was missing the 2 end chairs. The lady calls me to say sorry and offers 2 chairs of same design for an additional 300. I told her no that I want my original chairs that came with it and she says that it could be weeks before I get them but she will be calling in to check every day.
