Pretty Nails VIENNA (Award-winning Nail Salon) — Attraction in Vienna

I saw that they were having a deal for multiple services, I have never had my eyelashes done nor my eyebrows tinted. When I first walked it the atmosphere was very different from other nail salons I've been too. The employees were calm and friendly and I was greated by Destiny, who did my eyelashes and eyebrows. She started with my eyelashes and she was thorough. She noted that I had a few bald spots on my lash line and explained to me how my lashes may not last me as long as they would normally and ensured that I understood and was wanting to continue on. As it was something I've never had done before I just wanted to do to see if it was something I was going to continue to want. The lashes were amazing, I do wish how ever that I did more research and would know what I actually wanted but that's on me. The work was phenomenal. Then she moved on to my eyebrows, I wasn't scheduled for a wax but she went ahead and did a wax free of charge because it makes the tint look better, that was a first as well, but it barely lasted 3 minutes before she had both eyebrows waxed to her liking. The tinting oh God was she precise, I don't know what I was expecting with that but she gave me way more than I was expecting and I love it. I dye my hair black and I'm a natural blonde so my eyebrows match that but sometimes I just want to roll out of bed looking like I still have eyebrows. I am absolutely obsessed with them. Finally I went to Cody and had my nails done, I've been getting my nails done for years, I've gone to different salons to try to find one that was both amazing at designs and application. Cody surprised me with her application, I have never had tech do a single application of acrylic and it be perfect. There was no over filing on my nailbeds and no over filing on the acrylic to get them smooth. Now shaping she was constantly checking and ensuring each finger matched it's counter part. I went in the place without an appointment the first time close to their closing time and they were happy to take me in even though I was asking for a fresh set of acrylic nails for a first time on my brittle nails. I was greeted by a girl Jennifer and she did them and I must say she did a wonderful job. Not only that but I chose a set of nails that took a long time which made her run past closing time and her and another worker stayed with smiles on their faces and chatting with me already as though I was already a good friend of theirs, the other person helping me with things as I needed without my barely asking him. Well after I was home a few days I found I was unhappy with long nails so I went back and told Jennifer about my unhappiness with them, cringing at the thought of having to admit that, but she understood completely when I told her about my being a computer geek and also how I'd been cleaning like a maniac at home and they weren't working out like that so I asked for shorter Chrome nails and she had no problem with that. Another job well done, the staff is so friendly and being my 2nd time there, I'm already feeling at home and will be returning. The place is a busy place and let me tell you, they have such busy pallets of nails to choose from! I think it'd be better to make appointments tho with as busy as they are, but they will take you in if you walk in, but I'll say it does make it harder for them...

My friend insisted we try this place out (my nail tech of over 2 years recently moved so I was in the market for a new place anyways) and I am very glad we did. I had heard mixed reviews, but honestly the only way to actually know how you feel about a place is to experience it for yourself. Everyone there has been nothing but kind and very quick to fix a mistake if it happens. I went back for a fill yesterday and got the same lady as I had the 1st time (I can't think of her name for the life of me, but both times she was at station 5) and I am extremely impressed with her work. I am hard on nails, I have horses and other animals on top of working at a bar, and these things have some serious staying power. I usually go every 2 weeks for fills but due to work schedules I couldn't make it until the end of the 3rd week and only one nail came off the day before i came in because I hit it very hard on something at work. I will definitely continue coming back if the quality of work stays this way. On top of that, they don't gouge you price wise and are very quick to get walk ins seen. I recommend at least checking it out for yourself. I'm very picky and if I have no complaints they must be doing...
