Wonderful! I used the coupon in the picture and was not disappointed. The only thing I would say is that I wish the 30 min body massage included the front as well. But I guess they only do your backside since it's a combo massage. Regardless, it was amazing! AMAZING!
Also, I don't like that the therapist stood on the side while I paid my bill, waiting for a tip. I planned to tip regardless as I always do, but to stand there waiting and watching me is uncomfortable and unprofessional. What if i wanted to tip on the card?
I went to another spa and the receptionist would ask if I wanted to add a tip. She would then provide a small envelope that I can seal and direct me to put it in a locked bin with the therapist name on it. That way ensures that the correct therapist will receive the tip and the client doesn't feel pressured.
All in all, the service was amazing from both the front desk receptionist and the therapist. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed every step of the way.
Maybe the whole waiting for the tip is a culture thing so it's really not a big deal. But the locked bin wouldn't be a bad idea either! I will definitely go back and this time I'm gonna get a 90 minute! 30 mins feet and 60 mins back!
Oh! And they were open on Xmas!...
Read moreI get regular massages and I decided to give this place a try for a deep tissue massage since it is 5 minutes away from home. I was disappointed, I could tell my masseuse was not strong enough for a deep tissue massage. I am 5’3 and 123 pounds in weight. She was older and didn’t have the strength. She didn’t target the right areas or have good technique. Her name is Lily and she was nice but just didn’t do much for my lower back pain. I paid $80 + $3 for card charge and I tipped her $5 because I felt bad. As I write this review in my car, I am now debating if I should book a different massage somewhere else to help with my back pain. I for sure will not be returning.
Update: They have tried to reach out several times and offered a 50% off the next service to even a free service the next visit. I have not taken them up on the offer but I did change my review from a 2/5 to a 3/5 stars because they reached out and tried to fix the situation. I do not feel right taking free services but I might take them up on the 50% offer and if I have a good experience I will change the rating to even higher. I appreciate them trying to fix the problem (which no many...
Read moreI just came from Yangs and booked 3 deep tissue massages for my mom, husband and I. Unfortunately my massage was not complete because the woman who started my massage was coughing and sniffling, I asked her if she was sick (13 minutes into my massage) she said she just has a small cold. I let her know I did not want a massage anymore because she is sick and that is not okay that she is touching peoples bodies and she is sick. My mom continued her massage but after her massage she stated the woman doing her massage used cold lotion and was a bit rough.
Prior to starting the massage I let the front desk man know that I wanted a massage from Andy. I was told Andy is busy. But after my I stopped my massage because the lady was sick the front desk man told me he was so sorry and that he can have Andy come to do my massage. But wasn’t Andy busy??
I would not come back to this Establishment again because of this visit. People are still getting sick from COVID, and they allowed someone who had a cold to do my massage. How sanitary? People are getting temps taken at the door but are the staff getting their...
