I was planning a big 10th birthday party for my son and I was calling around to inquire about a bowling party. I started calling and emailing Grand Prix in Mount Kisco in March. Nobody ever called me back after many many messages no one ever answered my emails. Finally only by luck did I happen to get an event coordinator on the phone one day. Read moreFirst and definitely last time there. We were extremely disappointed with the bowling alley. I don't mind paying a little extra money if it is worth it and this was not. The lanes had a sticky substance on them from spilled drinks or food. Both mine and my boyfriends personal bowling shoes got ruined. There were empty food baskets and soda cups on all the tables. Perhaps instead of buying more tv projector screens or speakers for the sounds system, management should seriously consider buying some cleaning supplies so their patrons personal belongings...
Read moreThis is fun place to take the kids BUT their so called mask policy is a joke. It should be called optional mask policy. I saw numerous people not wearing a mask or if they they did have a mask it was on their chin. One lady had on no mask at all and then saw her later holding it loosely over her mouth with straps hanging. Spoke to manager who blamed it on holiday week. And that should make a difference because why? They claimed they spoke to people about it but I saw zero enforcement from time I walked in to time I left after bowling...
