If I could give Lou Fusz zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with them was so terrible I have been telling everyone I know not to buy there or get their car repaired there. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience with this dealership. It started with the purchase of my Jeep and has been nothing but a nightmare since. I will give them credit, their sales people are excellent and will do anything to make the sale. But there is a reason for that—their cars are absolute crap. As soon as I purchased my Jeep, problems became apparent, all problems they, of course, would not cover under the warranty—a broken console, a loose piece rolling around in the driver’s side door. Then the serious problems started—the car stalling out when I stopped, the check engine light coming on, multiple other lights coming on that indicated problems. It was next to impossible to get in for an appointment, given that I work 7 am-5 pm. Instead of working with me or suggesting that I night drop the car, they just told me they couldn’t get me in. I finally ended up contacting my sales person to get an appointment. To their credit, they got me in almost immediately. But the idea I had to take this extra step is annoying and not good customer service. After inspecting the car, they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong and returned it to me, charging me for the diagnostic. Shortly after, the car stalled out again at a stop sign. I brought it back in and they told me that a gasket cover was leaking and oil was getting on the alternator, causing the car to stall. This, thankfully, was covered under the warranty—the first good news I received since purchasing the vehicle. I drove the car a couple more times and all the indicator lights started coming on on the dash. I was able to get in easier this time by using the night drop. They told me it was an electrical issue and fixed this under the warranty. Shortly after, the car stalled out again on me. I took it in to have it inspected and they told me this time it’s the fuel pump and this, something essential to the functioning of the car, is not covered under warranty. I told them I wasn’t giving them anymore of my money and would never be bringing my car back there. They charged me a diagnostic fee (again), and let me go on my way. I will give Eileen credit, as she is always very friendly and tries to get me any discounts she can. But that is where the positives end with the service department. I have since tried calling, emailing and texting the sales person to see if they would buy the car back, but tellingly they avoid me and make no attempts to buy the vehicle back, knowing it is a lemon. Lou Fusz worked hard to sell me a lemon that looks like a top notch car on the outside. They make their cars look good, so they can sell them then the good service ends there. I have since had multiple people tell me they wouldn’t buy at Lou Fusz, so it’s not just me having these negative experiences. But clearly they are either writing their own positive reviews or having people write them for them because the reviews do not reflect the fact that they are ripping people off and providing shoddy service. That is why I am writing this review—so people will know the truth and can avoid having the experience that I have had. Avoid this place at...
Read moreVery Disappointed with the Service Department. The last time I give them a chance.
I needed them to change 2 front tires on the car. It took them 4 days to change 2 tires.
During that time, they called and told me that I could need new brakes and it would be 1200 dollars. I told them No Thanks.
Then they added I could use a new license plate light bulb, it would cost 70 dollars. I said no thanks.
Then they told me I could use a new air filter in the car. I changed out the air filter a month ago, and there's no way it needed to be changed. I said no thanks.
Then they said I need a new tire sensor on the car. I said ok. It was 50 dollars.
This conversation happen on tuesday.
I later on get an email asking for them to buy my car.
At this point, I just want my car back and was getting more annoyed by the add ons they were trying to add and then afterwards ask to buy my car.
Eventually my car was ready today (Thursday). I came to pick it up and my back left tire had 1 psi in it. You would think that it would have been noticed if they worked on my car when they pulled it in, which makes me think that it happen during the changing out of the 2 front tires. I drove up to the service department and they already forgot who I was, even though I was just there and was confused. They aired it up to 35.1 psi. They said I can leave it there and they can try to figure out where the hole is on my back left tire. (btw the tire on my back are only 1 month old). I told them no, I don't have time to keep the car there for more days. They said If I change my mind, that I can always come back.
If this was just a one time bad experience, then I wouldn't write a review but it hasn't.
August 2022, I went there to get an oil change , and one of the workers back in a truck and damaged my vehicle. They made it up and cover all the costs. Car was never in wreck before it all happen, but I appreciated that they were upfront and honest about what happen which I wasn't mad at them even though they damaged the challenger.
It's extremely hard to keep going back here for services when I constantly keep having issues with the services they provide.
I had a great experience buying a Mustang there, but if you want anything service on,
Please DO NOT Go there.
You will...
Read moreAs most know, if you want a specific truck or vehicle, you have to look hard, and what I wanted seemed to only be found here out of all the Ram dealers across the country. I live in Colorado, and worked out with Kraig online my trade in, so that I knew I would get what I needed from the trade in before driving 15 hours to trade it in and pick up the new truck.
I got to the dealership around 4PM. Kraig had the truck ready for review and a test drive, and Paul had all the financing ready to go, along with my check for the trade in difference. I think all told, with a test drive, paperwork, and final steps maybe took an hour, maybe an hour and a half, but it was quick, painless, and simple.
The new truck is great, no issues on the 15 hour drive home. Kraig and Paul followed up as well to make sure I got home in one piece. Overall a great experience, no complaints from me, one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had, and I usually get a new car/truck every 2-3 years. Enough that I would seriously consider checking with them first if/when I need a new car or truck. Thanks to Kraig for all the help online and to Paul for the great support in the...
