Emma has been absolutely amazing with engagement ring shopping. My fiancé and I had been to multiple stores and dealt with multiple people and were losing hope by the time we walked into Adele Diamonds. At other places we wanted to look at diamonds first over rings and those specialists would talk over us, tell us that we shouldn't do that, would try to force natural over lab diamonds on us. Emma instantly made us feel comfortable and walked us through everything we asked. She showed us stones first and talked us through the difference in moissanite vs diamond vs cz, lab vs natural diamond etc. We ended up custom making our ring through their design process. Emma pulled multiple rings, made notes of what design aspects I did and did not like and the CAD we got back was absolutely amazing! We ended up getting the ring and the height was higher than what the original design called for so we went back to Emma. She measured the ring, pulled up our original design and realized that the company made a mistake in making our ring. She has been nothing but communicative in the process of getting our ring remade and making sure it was the right height this time. We loved this place so much that we're thinking about getting our wedding rings custom made and my bridal jewelry here as well. You guys!!!! I literally had the best experience yesterday at Adele Diamond! Ashton at the Lynnhaven location helped me find the perfect replacement ring after I lost my engagement ring last week. I was even able to get a bigger size diamond well within my budget. They didn’t have it at that location but she was amazing enough to find it at another location and kind enough to let me pay there to save me some time. I went 15 minutes down the street to the Laskin Rd location to pick it up! I was in and out in under two minutes. Excellent customer service and beyond excellent selection. If your looking for an engagement ring, replacement ring, or simply want a new diamond (since they are a girl’s best friend) I beg you to go check them out! My husband and I came here to find a wedding band before we tied the knot. Unsure of the style we wanted, Elijah helped us find a stock band we liked and we got to design our own band to contour to my engagement ring. We are very last min people (3 weeks before the wedding) and before purchasing found out the band wouldn’t be ready in time for the wedding. Well Elijah being the best, let us borrow the stock band we originally designed our band from, for the day of the wedding so we didn’t go without one.
