Donutlicious & Boba Zone — Restaurant in Visalia

I use to love this place I do have to admit the food and boba is good but the service is awful. Everyone there is so nice it is run by family members all related except one employee who is a young Mexican girl and a recent new employee they hired, but they are all very nice and friendly every time I would go into the shop I will stay and chat with them, they are very nice people but one of the employees with short hair and she has a bigger figure which is the wife of the owner is extremely rude. She is very unprofessional and has very bad attitude and the worst part is one day when I walked in she was yelling at another employee and cussing at them. I understand it is there business but why are you going to yell and have problems like that in front of your costumers and especially when many of them are children. This is the only reason why I would not come to this place unless you want your kids to be in a horrible environment I would recommend to visit other places like goncha for boba or...

Excellent, friendly customer service. The girls at the counter are suuuper sweet and very attentive to anything you might need, like brewing a new pot of coffee.
