I recently visited Tracie's Boots & Buckles, hoping to find a unique pair of boots. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the chaotic state of the store. Shelves were disorganized, with stock strewn about haphazardly, making it nearly impossible to find what I was looking for.
The staff, though present, seemed more interested in socializing with each other than assisting customers. Several times, I attempted to get someone's attention for help, only to be overlooked as they continued their conversations.
When I finally decided on a pair I liked, despite the mess, I had a question about the product. Seeking out the owner for assistance, I found their demeanor rather off-putting. They were curt and seemed annoyed by my questions, providing minimal assistance before moving on.
The most disheartening aspect came when I encountered a minor issue with my purchase. I attempted to address this with the owner, hoping for a simple resolution. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with indifference, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.
Overall, my visit to Tracie's Boots & Buckles was disappointing. The lack of customer service, coupled with the disarray of the store and the owner's dismissive attitude, made for a shopping experience I'd rather not repeat. It's disheartening when a local business fails to provide the basic courtesy and service one would expect, making it unlikely that I'll return or recommend this...
Read moreI stopped in the store right before Christmas to look for Christmas boots. It was so nice to have such great customer service from trying them on to the care of the boots I purchased. I wore them for about 2 weeks. I started hearing a small popping sound in the left boot. I thought maybe it was the new leather breaking in, but wasn't sure. About a week ago I stopped in to buy a long shoe horn and asked Tracie about the popping sound when I walked.
Tracy knew immediately what had happened to the boot. The metal shank had broken in the sole of the boot. She had seen it before, it happens occasionaly. I didn't have my receipt, but she said no problem and ordered me another pair of red boots. No questions asked. I picked up the new ones yesterday.
I will continue to return to her store. Tracie and her staff are friendly and informative. Her enthusiasm about her store and Quality stock is contagious and knowledgeable. Love these boots. Can't wait to stop by to look at...
Read moreHadn't been to Wake Forest in years so when there this past Sunday I decided to stop in Tracie's along with my teenage son. In fact I hadn't been there since she moved to from her old location across the highway. That said we had a great experience. I ended up with a new pair of boots and while my teenage son got fitted I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on a pair for him just yet since he's growing like a weed on MiracleGro.
The place was busy but both Tracie and another gentleman (can't remember his name sorry) helped us while working with others just fine. In fact I'm waiting on a call any day now from Tracie about some boots for my newly turned teen. There was other staff on-hand assisting customers, adults and teens alike, as well. Again, I don't go to Wake Forest often but have several friends that make it into Tracie's all the time and now my wife has me taking her this weekend to see what she can find. Looking forward to another pleasurable experience,...
