.Ordered Potato Bites for breakfast in drive thru at 5:30 am per employee’s confirmation they were delicious .She was (surprisingly) cranky when she took my order- so I was extra friendly to help her along her morning. I also left a gracious tip. I was almost home when I took my first bite. It was undercooked, crunchy, slimy and just absolutely disgusting. Drove all the way back, explained the situation to employee, and asked for a danish as a replacement. The cranky employee gives no apology, charges me for the danish., and tells me to drive around..?. I asked to speak to the manager . The manager legit said “corporate has a strict policy against compensating and/or replacing items for customers ..??… she refused me any compensation and said my only option was to contact corporate for a freaking five dollar cheese danish or any comp. Tsk tsk…. already talked to corporate. No such policy exists of course. And to top it all off, I was the only customer the whole time. :D I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location. I thought we were at least on the same team ….Bad move...
Read moreIt's a Starbucks, so the menu and atmosphere are pretty standard. What's NOT standard is the service. These are the NICEST PEOPLE EVER. I was having a rough day and needed Internet access. I went in, ordered a coffee and set up my meeting. Well, I didn't grab my drink when it was ready. When I finally got up to get it, one of the baristas was taking it to the back to dispose. I got to the counter and told her I thought it was my drink she removed but it was ok because I'd left it too long (it was like 15 min). She was super understanding and REMADE it! It was really my fault, so I didn't expect that. Then, it gets better. She BROUGHT IT OUT TO ME! I was still in my meeting, and she found me and gave me the drink directly! I was so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness. So if you're in the area, go by this Starbucks. Side note, there's a drive through and they were really keeping that line moving. Great...
Read moreI've been a long time patron and was really disappointed in my visit tonight. I drive through and as I turn onto Retail Drive to go home I realize my order is wrong. I turn around and drive back through letting them know I need my drink corrected when Summer tells me they can't make me a new order because "Corporate" says so. I ask if manager Jessica is working when he tells me "she would tell you the same thing". I'm irritated now because I've driven 15 miles so I buy the dang drink again. I call Corporate in India who says they will send a gift card. Come on, Starbucks! No wonder you are losing customers. I drive through evenings mostly and a few times I'm not even greeted with a hello or thank you. The service is lackluster. Please do better, SB.
