Awful customer service! I had a membership here for myself and my three kids. I wasn’t jumping often, so I talked to an employee about my options. She told me I could cancel my membership and pay $2 whenever I was going to jump with the kids. She told me she could cancel my membership so that it wouldn’t renew. When I asked, she assured me I could jump through the time that I had already paid for … which makes sense because I paid for it. The next day I came with my kids to jump and all of our memberships had been canceled. I explained what I was told happened the previous day (that just my membership was canceled and that I still had time left on it). The employee first tried to tell me that I had to get new memberships, and then offered to waive the activation fees (after I complained that it was their mistake). I said that was fine if they would refund what was left of my old membership. They acted like I was ridiculous for wanting a refund for what I had paid for and that waiving the activation fee made up for this, ignoring the fact that the activation fee wouldn’t be necessary if they hadn’t made a mistake. She then offered me jump socks for the difference which I refused. I had to persist for her to do anything. She finally came out with ten dollars, shoved it in my face, and scathingly told me to, “have a good day,” before turning to the next customer without making sure that the issue was resolved. This would have been an easy mistake to fix and they could have kept a family of customers. Prior to this experience, customer service wasn’t stellar, but at least the employees...
Read moreThis was our 1st visit to Altitude and we were not greeted When we entered, the person working the desk was to busy talking to his friends. I was taken back with how extremely chaotic it was, the staff is either too busy talking to each other or not paying attention to any of the kids jumping. The bigger kids had zero respect for the little kids out there and it was quite sad that the staff did not make sure the younger children were watched out for more. My two teenagers were helping little ones who were getting knocked down by bigger kids. But after they jumped for a bit they were ready for their pizza, which came with the package we ordered off from Groupon, and they didn't have any pizza. We had to wait 20 minutes for the pizza to arrive. I would have to say mine and my husbands biggest complaint of the night was the DJ. The music was so loud you couldn't even carry on a conversation with the person sitting next to you. And it was just slamming from one song into the next and scratching sounds through every song. We all left with splitting headaches because of the music, and we are all major music lovers!! I hate to sound like a huge nag, but from our experience at other places like this, this was a major disappointment. Especially when this was...
Read moreAltitude Trampoline Park was absolutely fantastic with my 4 children, but I specifically want to touch on how they treated my 3.5 year old son, who is Autistic.
Staff noticed that he was struggling to transition into the building from outside, crying and melting down, and without me saying anything about his diagnosis, offered several comforts and reassurances for us and him.
In light of this, staff offered to wave his jump fee since we were unsure that he would jump at all, and if he did, that he would likely not jump for long. This was totally unnecessary, but very kind.
Secondly, staff noticed my son covering his ears (which he often does when in a new and unfamiliar place and he feels nervous) and immediately offered to turn the music down at any point if we felt that it was too loud for him. This was a huge deal to me because sensory issues are so prevalent for my son, and a lot of the time well-meaning strangers just don’t understand.
However, the Altitude staff gets it and they make sure to extend every courtesy, above and beyond, for children & families who need a little extra consideration.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. It was a wonderful experience and we will be...
