if you are planning a party or just looking for something great to do with your friends or family one night. You can’t get a more customer friendly staff and entertaining adventure. Make sure you ask for Mike. You won’t be disappointed! My husband and I wanted to do something different to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. When I called the RI Riddle Room and spoke with Mike he told me the Riddle Room was opening a new location on Bald Hill Rd with a party room. I was thrilled and booked immediately. Anytime I had a question and called, Mike answered and his customer service skills are exceptional; patient, thorough, friendly. Today was the party and let me just say, Mike and the Riddle Room EXCEEDED ALL my expectations and then some. Keep in mind, I had a group of twelve, 13 yr olds who love to talk and it gets loud quick (in a good way). Mike was fantastic! He made this experience so much fun. You can tell he has experience with large groups because he never faltered. It is easy to see he loves what he does. To see these girls interact and have fun and laugh and be surprised AND SOLVE the Riddle, was priceless! The party room has a fridge, large table to seat 12, another large table to place gifts, food, etc. fancy Riddle Room lighting ;) The girls were able to hang out after and had a blast. My daughter is still talking about all the hidden surprises and the sense of accomplishment she felt after solving a few of the riddles with her friends. I highly recommend the RI Riddle Room on...
Read moreI wish that I could give the RI Riddle room more than 5 stars, because it is by far the best escape game out there. I have been a loyal Riddle Room fan since soon after they opened the East Greenwich location. Having the two previous rooms there, and the two current rooms there, I knew that I had to visit the new Warwick location soon after it opened. I just went to "The Forest of Fortune" on Saturday, and it may be their best game yet. Unlike many other Escape rooms where the story and props are bought online, RI Riddle Room writes the stories themselves and then make the props themselves, and their hard work shows. Their games are always the perfect level of difficulty so that you aren't just going through the motions, but also not struggling to the point where you feel like you'll never finish. The new location is absolutely beautiful inside and I am so excited for their upcoming games. I know this review is getting quite long, but I haven't even mentioned how amazing the staff are. The staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met, especially Mike. He is by far the best gamemaster at any escape room out there and RI Riddle Room is lucky to have him. The moral of the story here is, if you like having fun, you need to check out RI Riddle Room and do every adventure they offer because they are all unique and my favorite thing...
Read moreThis is one of THE BEST escape rooms I've ever been to. We did the Imaginasium and Rocky Point Park. The rooms were so tactile and immersive with great game flow. It's no wonder that it's received so many awards.
I also have to give huge props to the Imaginasium because it is the most unique and well-done gaming themed room I've ever done. The added layer of complexity to be able to hunt for treasure and find Easter eggs on top of escaping was so exciting. Because of that, this is the only room that really has replayability. Totally makes sense why multiple teams have done two playthroughs. Also, the music that played in the second part of the escape room? Chef's kiss My gamers out there will be able to relate.
Only constructive criticism that I'd like to give is to make sure that the "subtle clues" for the golden item actually give the teams a fair chance for identification. The rest of them were manageable with some poking around. The red... not so much.
ALSO! Thank you staff on duty for going out of your way to change costumes and dress the part for each room. I rarely see that amount of dedication. It really tied the whole experience together. Shout out to Alaina!
Update: Museum and Rocky point are definitely the best. The other two rooms were a bit repetitive - all key and number combo locks. I think they...
